Event organizers who have created events on the ticketing.events platform can use this app to scan and validate tickets attendees have purchased.
The app works both online and offline. Attendee demographic data can be captured after each successful scan. Invalid tickets are flagged as so.
All the captured data and valid scans are made available on the ticketing.events' dashboard.

The directions are very clear but the website needs fixing! Every time I input info and click submit, it go right back to the same page to input the info again
I have developed the tickets with almost no problems. There were 2 problems, when developing the ticket you need to establish a card before you can actually view and save the data. This was definitely user error. There is a statement that comes up once you input data and click save. When I download the ticket scanner app I could not log in. I reach out and in less than an hour I had a responds. We worked it out. This is currently the test phase will follow up after the event.
