It's getting there. Images won't upload. Events won't post. I have to wait days and many attempts to get an event posted. Always getting an error message somewhere. Clicking feedback to contact customer support doesn't open or do anything.
The idea of the app is good but is buggy and need improvements. Some feature don't work at all. The app blocks. For instance, i can't see the ticket types of my event that i've setup on desktop.
Unfortunately I cannot reach your support team via the website, I get stuck in a loop!!!! Hopefully this reaches the development teams: How come it is possible to check people in using the app, but it is not possible to send an email ONLY to checked-in attendees or filter the list of attendees to those checked in? :( Very very much missing the added benefit of being able to check in people if you cannot use the data in a simple way afterwards!!
The link for the How to use this app on the mobile app doesn't work. When people send a question about your event, it doesn't show in the app, you only get an email & no direct link from the app. Not sure how this works though.
Really poor help section and not instinctive to use. Way too complicated. Very disappointed. Really would not pay for an upgrade if the free version is anything to go by. Very poor functionality.
Dire. Installed the app. Already had an account. Ordered a ticket on the Web version. Looked on the app. Nothing anywhere. 10 minutes later, and Uninstalling.
Can't even login, it just spins endlessly with a 'loading' message after taping the login with email option, after which you must force close the app to get out of. No way of even contacting support, the 'contact us' page just redirects you back to basics FAQs that have no relevance to this issue.
Deleting thia app due to their worst customer service I have ever seen. I started my account and created tickets for an event yesterday. Today, all of a sudden, the app didn't let me in for no reason. When I tried to reset the password, it keeps telling me "Server Issue". I finally contacted their customer service for aome help. They didn't even bother to understand my issue and sent a link to reset a password, which wasn't happening at the first place. Sent 3 e-mail but NO REPLY.
Great for a lot of things but sometimes won't show what event the person booked for when they book so you end up a little lost. It is good though and convenient when you aren't in front of the desktop. But I still think the desktop version is better.
My events are tagged in a completely different town across the state and I've received no support on this. there is no option to add a YouTube video link on recurring events, and the search is very inconsistent with the tag usage as well. the banners are limited to a certain size and there are limits to how you can create and manage tickets on recurring events.
12/4/21 Pretty terrible experience. Lots of bugs, changes don't save, can't do the same work as on the desktop. Wish it was better! Update: 5/10/2021 5 months later, still bad. Has the basics but not nearly enough to be useful.
Is not working properly at all. When I add in details to my event it fails to save the changes I make. I literally have to start all over on the website instead. Which is a bit of an inconvenience on mobile. Has good potential just very buggy. I don't remember it being like this when I first got it.
I am very satisfied from all the tools offered to manage and invite the audience. I use Eventbrite for all of our events and festivals and it's a great partner to my business and saves allot of time from organizing. Of course there is space for improvement but I sure they will find a way to get there. Thank you Eventbrite!
Great mobile experience for organizing events, but draft events aren't saved to the cloud so you can't start an event setup on your phone and finish it on your computer. Aside from that issue, great stuff!
When someone signup in 1 of your events, the app doesn't have the functionality to allow organiser to find out which event the new sign up has signed up. Organiser has to check through each events 1 by 1. App will be useful to have a shortcut to all the new sign ups, which event they signed up to, get their contact details. The dashboard screen only shows how many tickets sold. Should have a link to show who these Guests are. Guest List, always empty, even when Dashboard is showing guests.
The app works fine but needs a Bluetooth card reader like Square's Contactless reader for ticket sales. We are using Barnes & Noble's Nook Tablet 7. It will not use Eventbrite's card readers but uses Square's Bluetooth readers without issue. Even better, just allow Square's devices!
Apps not very user friendly, wont alliw me to change my email address even though ive tried many times. Customer service is not responsive when trying to sort out issues as well. Cant reccomend this service im afraid much too problematic.
App itself is good, company is a rip off. Over $400 in fees for an event that made 5k plus the extra $400 in fees collected from ticket holders. EB says it pays you in 5 days, it's been longer than that. Not ideal for smaller events at all. I'm shopping around for something cheaper and more efficient.
the app is glitchy and needs some work but somewhat easy to use. I can never find my event when I search after publishing an event which is frustrating because I know others aren't finding it as well and so attendance using this platform has been poor.
App won't let me choose a venue. And keeps force closing. I've used this app with other events (attending wise). Very frustrating
great app and experience, except more of the full site features need to be integrated into the app. also, preview gives me error "You do not have permission to that event".
Hi there, I'm looking to use eventbrite for a mix of free/paid events. Curious, for free events, I intended to use the "sell" function to quickly register folks that did not register and yet turn up for the event, thus wanting to leverage on the "sell" function to register him and capture the same details from when we send invitation emails to get people to register. I tried toggling all sorts of currency option to try to enable this but to no avail since i wanted to use this for FREE tickets. Tried this on iOS as well and it kept shooting an error saying it cannot be processed. Any help would be appreciated. would be a 5s if i can resolve this. Thanks!
Really like this app. So useful. One improvement I would like to suggest is the option to have push notifications for when the last ticket on your event sells. This would allow us to mark it as sold out on our website.
Created an event for the first time and the link doesn't work. It's FREE and I'm not able to delete the event and create it again bc I have to "refund" first but there's nothing to refund. None of the buttons work in my settings and there's no ability to get help. Not a good experience.
Done many tours. One of the best. Robert makes it fun. So much history you don't see or hear just walking around the dock area.
So good so far. I used to organize events on Meetup, but their app is slow, glitchy and unresponsive most of the time. This app seems to function much more streamlined, and also has a payment processor integrated so you can charge for events too.
You can't actually manage passwords and account details from this app. I've had ongoing issues with getting the payout and the app itself doesn't allow me to change details or get help.
this makes life so much easier. i can check registrations any time! I only wish there was a calendar with every event and date included. It would be nice to quickly check dates. It would be nice if even the website included a quick link to the feature they have.
