Eventor.app | Guest List for events

We used Eventor for a corporate event with 400 guests and it worked very well! We used six iPads to do guest check-in and Eventor made the process much faster. It is very intuitive so it took only 30 seconds for our check-in employees to understand the app. It works well without WiFi, and when you finally get WiFi it updates across all of the devices using the app.

It's a really good implementation to help antendees check-in fast. However, I would like to know why Android is not suitable for the QR code scan process. Most of our devices use this OS and we had a hard time finding out this feature works on iOS only.

I switched to Eventor from the certain guest list app, Eventor is way simpler to use and it works better in Offline mode. Also no error messages when Internet reconnects at the venue. Special praise to your online support, well done!

Very good app for handling events. All work is done by paperless work. Nice use. All modes are working. You can also use scanner for identifying security. I like this app very much.

We used it for a conference of 350 guests and our registration process has never been so quick. It's really easy to find the guests by first or last name or a company. The tech support replies very quickly and adequately. Highly recommend!

Fast sign in, good with long guest lists, i have 500-700 guests. Cons: one must use a website to upload guests. But i will definitely using it again!

Very fast guests sync if you have the internet at the event, could be a bit less pricy.. one event with 300 guests will cost around 40$
