Scope 4 improvement points 1. Every weekend I need to spend 3-4hours to just see all 256+ classes n workshops? 2. Showing many events, needs more filteration options 3. Lot of repeated from last weekend, not only that, also from few months they are repeating every week. I don't mind they being there, but my time is getting wasted in seeing them everytime without having interested in those. If there is some personalisation to mark "not-interested" and not show them in future that's helpful. Think
Buggy app. 'Add to my calendar'not working, on clicking it after booking a ticket the app redirects to home page. pl fix this bug asap. We would want the app to automatically add it to phone or google calendars like others apps do. Filters to search events are good. But, tremendous improvements can be made in UI.
the app is very good. I just have a suggestion about the process of refunds or cancellation. it would be nice if you can add the feature. because personally I faced a lot of issues when it comes to attending an event and you are caught up in an emergency or unforeseen events such as medical ones. So it wpuld be great if you can do so. thank you
Not able to see my booked events. Thanks toh the msg and mail i was able to get my tickets, but seriously a big issue with app. Also don't know why, it keeps showing updating .. from time to time. Lot of work needs to be done on app.
it's worst experiance... I tried to book tickets and the payment was deducted and Ticket was not booked. After I dropped an email , I got the reply there was no payment made by you. There is no customer care number. Number which they have provided is not working.. And they took more then 24hrs to reply the email.
Extremely disappointed with this application. I specifically called the support to make sure that the venue for the event had dedicated seating arrangement and the support representative simply lied that it was there. Never booking any event from this app again and I will definitely make sure that none of my friends ever book anything from this app. The worst new year party we have ever attended. Even after paying 13k we could not believe we would have this bad experience.
Takes a lot of time to load. Doesn't work properly. Doesn't show results. Non functional app.
Worst experience had lost my money which I have booked for an event. In the end moment i got a text saying its cancelled. There is no way to contact for refund. Every time i try to send them a message for refund i get an error message..
The best app i've ever found. It keeps you updated with amazing activities that are happening around you. There are many things to explore with this app in free of cost. I'm enjoying this app literally. This is must download app for me. Thanks a lot to team Eventshigh.
Pathetic Customer Service Was not able to connect with the organizers despite multiple attempts via the app. Finally, after my call was answered, the customer support executive told me he was attending another call and assured w would call back. However, have not received any call since. At least have the courtesy to say no than shamelessly lying. Stop taking your users for a ride.
Constantly sends me push notifications for events I am not interested in. There is no option to opt out of these alerts nor to customize which alerts I receive.
Worst!!! They are not returning my money. I booked tickets for a Holi event but the event got cancelled. 21 days have passed still they are making excuses and not refunding the amount. Also they do not receive the calls. There customer service is very Poor
The Evenshigh app many cons. 1. The tickets booked are not shown in My tickets option 2. There is no updates from Eventshigh or the organizers about the events status 3. I booked a tickets of Kaas pathar but the trip was cancelled by organizers however and I didn't received a cancellation message from team of Eventshigh neither from the organizers. 4.There are no updates of refund from Organizers as well as eventshigh.
One of the worst event site over the net. These guys just need money. They do not allow events to be listed for free, they simply reject it without any valid reason. My service request no was 109520
Not able to see any events and my mobile number is not getting registered ... If this Application is really meant for People work on the issues or else remove it away from Playstore
not user friendly. allows to login only using fb. No login using gmail account like website. Not able to give feedback in the app. Needs improvement
Please add G-sign option. FB can't and should not be the only sign in option. Also it does not allow sign in despite having shared the number.
It does not allow to login without Facebook account, how can you force me to login via a particular site. I should be able to login however I want. I provided mobile number yet I am like a guest.
My number was shared with event organisers and I have been getting calls when I have not given out my information.. Very surprised and unexpected considering the site is claiming privacy
Worst app ever, ZERO regard for privacy. They take your number and give it to the organizers. You receive SMSes every week which is nerve-wracking. Never installing this app again
Good for networking purpose. Coverage of events seems ok, can improve adding much more happenings.

hi i am sunil and i booked 2 tickets for holi blast for rupees 8400 and the event was cancelled . After the cancellation of event I requested for the refund so many times but hasn't got the refund still i am waiting and it's nearly 4 months gone.
I am not able to find out "My events" tab anywhere in the app. There are quite a few which i marked as favorites but where do I find them?
Extremely bad filters. They don't work at all. The today filter never shows what's today. This is a simple thing and it hasn't been fixed in the last one two years of knowing events high. After a lot of patience, I am making an effort to write this. If it doesn't fix in this month, I will have to uninstall it forever. Facebook events will be preferred.
