Ever - Capture Your Memories

I really like everalbum I've been using it for years with no issues. I recently got a new phone moving from iOS to android and I installed everalbum but I have a problem loading the app. I click on it and it takes me to the app I add my fingerprint in the security window and then the app just closes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling which temporarily solves the problem but before long the same thing happens. I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem or if I can receive technical assistance because I really don't want to delete the app.

I really like the fact that i can access so many of the photos I've taken or saved over several years. The app interface is very simple, however it's a little wonky when moving from window to window. I do wish that there was a way to download photos to your device more easily. Also, the app seems pretty slow most of the time. I think there might be a neex for an update to fix bug issues and app slowness.

I love this app, the only problem is that it won't allow me to delete photos once on there. It won't allow me to delete friends albums and often when I click on a picture it will click to a different one. If everalbum creators read this, yes I have signed out and signed back in and deleted and reinstalled the app it doesn't work. Many other people have the same problems in the reviews, instead of telling the people to reinstall it please update your app so we can enjoy it without frustration.

Terrible app. I have complained NUMEROUS times about ongoing issues. 1. Cannot share pictures with most attempts. 2. Video quality of videos were downgraded in a significant way. 3. When I try to view pictures on the app, I usually get a blank grey screen with only the date showing. 4. When I try to look at specific pictures and click on that thumbnail, they are mis-categorized and show me a completely different picture from another day all together. 5. Pictures/videos have gone missing!

I am disappointed. This app was my favorite photo app until one day it was no longer user friendly. First of all, when I open the app , it has approx 5 different face recognition folders for the same person an it will not let me merge them all into one file. Second, I have so many duplicate photos and would like to clean up my albums BUT there is no way to scan for duplicates and there a NO WAY for me to delete/clean out any unwanted photos in myfolders. Third, awhile the app did an update which now PREVENTS the ability to view individual photos. Example, If you go into a folder you can see all the photos for that day but if you click on an individual photo the photo does not appear, it is a grey screen. I have tried to access my individual photos on several types of phones but it DOES NOT OPEN THE PICTURE and I cannot share. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing seems to work. Question - what is EVER doing to resolve this issue. Photos are important special irreplaceable keepsakes. It is heartbreaking to know my photos are trapped and I can't rescue them 💔😭

Re: The links are missing photos and videos!!! We've contacted you several times over the past year. YOU DELETED THE PHOTOS! Don't use this app!!! They promise to send links w your photos and videos to return them and they don't work. This is a scam! They hold your data hostage even when you ask for it back and continue to upload even when you turn the app off!!!

Ever is good on iOS, but not so much on Android. I keep getting random notifications every now and then saying "backup in progress". I want to turn off the "automatic upload" feature but cannot seem to find it on the Android version. Please understand that I only want the upload my photos only when my phone is charged and on Wi-Fi. Thank you.

The Softwares Facial Recognition Feature takes a very long time to work, I tried for both Android and PC and for both the main issue is uploading photos which takes a very long time as well, but the app was able to retrieve photos from my Instagram, Google and other connected services, only the upload never worked. Nonetheless, everything else in the app works well except for battery consumption is too much; I wouldn't recommend this app for album at all for the above given reasons.

"Ever will always backup unlimited high-resolution photos for free. If you choose to upgrade to Ever Plus, you will receive a free trial that provides unlimited full-resolution photo and video backup for 7 days." This is their claim (pasted, verbatim from their page). It is not true. I signed up, it offered the 7 day free trial, when I declined it said it would only then backup in "low" resolution. I uninstalled it due to the fictitious claim.

This app is the best! I broke my old phone and so there was no way of using the cord to transfer my photos to my new one. Normally this would have been very bad, especially because I had just had my daughter 4 weeks ago, and I haven't been able to make it to print them out yet! I was so thankful for the ever app, because I had my photos and videos almost instantly, because I had them backed them up on the app on my old phone, I recommend this to anyone who keeps photos/videos on their phones!!

Have had this app. for a number of years. Got new phone loaded app. and still have pictures from 2014 in app but can't retrieve pictures from 2017 forward. This year shows up. Receive memory pics by email from the missing years but when I try to save them the links to app and don't get the pics. I also have the gray box problem pics that were taken 4 days ago show up but when trying to highlight them all I get is a gray box. At one time this app was outstanding now just so so.

A HEADS-UP: IT WON'T BACKUP YOUR OTHER ACCOUNTS (among other things) UNLESS YOU ACCEPT THEIR FREE TRIAL OF UPGRADE VERSION. Didn't like that the description conveniently left that detail out... so.. only three stars and meanwhile the search continues.11/22/19 Poor back up. Not anywhere near as good as Shoebox or PhotoBucket was or even Google or Drive (both now full). Not reliably backing up all photos, MOST are missing (Galaxy s9+). Reduced from 3 to 2 stars. Sorry Devs you deseved it.

This app is very useful, and helps me save my pictures. It also helps me save up space (which was very needed). I really do recommend this, but somethings do throw me off. I dislike you have to pay for somethings, but I understand (how will they get money if they don't have stuff you need to pay for).

I can't download any of the pictures i have on there. it doesn't matter the circumstances: from my new phone, old phone, decent wifi, 4G...it just shows a gray gradient background until I leave the app and exit out of it. They show up in the album itself, but if I try to actually do anything...nope.

I've used this app for years. Now I cannot access it! I've tried multiple times to retrieve my own via email and the link never works. It sends me to a beauty site. Theres no contact info whatsoeve . I have business photos I cannot access. Do not use this app. Awesome! I got a response here and the link doesn't work!! Unbelieveable!!

What a fantastic app, I had been using a phone with such a small memory, when I came across this app, just in time for my premature daughter to be born, as you can imagine, I took hundreds of pictures, capturing her getting stronger hour by hour, day by day, without this app I wouldn't of been able to store a fraction of the pictures I took, memories that I will treasure, I've since got a new handset and have all my pictures from my old phone instantly, best app ever

I rarely leave any reviews, as i'm always busy, but i feel EVER deserves it. I Absolutely love this app! I've been using EVER for 3 years now, we've been through lots together lol of course, as all apps, its had it share of glitches but they've all been fixed promptly. EVER responds promptly & are comprehensive when emailing about any issues. Uploaded photos are in great quality. The daily memory reminders are my favorite, love looking back at memories from years back. I Highly recommend EVER!

This app used to be my favorite! I exported pics, then reinstalled still getting the big gray squares when click on thumbnail reading thru comments seems others having same issue. Have emailed multiple times with no reply. The pics have not been removed from phone, they all show to be backed up (no cloud above them) please get issue fixed. So i can give a 5⭐ rating again

this app does what it is supposed to do. it is easy to navigate and well organized. i recomend this to anyone looking for a secure place to store their photos or videos. it works well and i have been using it for over a year now and have about 15,000 pics and videos stored. i am very satisfied. also i would like to mention that this service is provided 100% free of charge and i have spent money on other apps that were meant to do the same but never worked half as good as this one has. thank you.

I can't send error/bug reports from within the feedback option in the app, nor will the app allow me to share photos via messenger. I recieve an error report and the app shuts down. its a great storage optuon, if it weren't for those issues.

1st The Application Was One Of The Best Application For Me, I used to recommend this app to everyone, but now i don't what went wrong with this app, it doesn't backup properly, it only shiw backup in process but the photos are not uploading not even camera image leave other folder. Hope Issue Will be solved as soon as possible because after savings lakhs of photos i don't wanna leave tge application. i tried uninstalling and then reinstalling many tym but there is the same problem.

I'm really sad that this app is shutting down. I have used it since 2014. I loved how I could access it on my computer and then use the app on my phones. I enjoyed being able to go back n forth between Apple and Samsung phones and I could still have my photos because of ever. Great app. I don't know what I'm going to use next or if it will compare to ever.

i used to love this app and used it all the time on my old phone (iphone 6) but for some reason it just doesnt work at all on my current phone (google pixel 3) the photos will show up but i cant click on them or share them.. it always comes up with a gray screen & a "processing" pop up that wont move from 0% and ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing seems to work.. i miss my old photos :( pls fix xoxo

I love this app. If you've ever lost your phone or it stopped charging or whatever the case may be that stopped you from opening your device and you lost all your photos. Well I have and this app has saved that. All you have to do is download this app again put in all your info and all your pictures are back. This is a great app. I recommend it for sure. Also I accidently blocked the owner. How do I unblock it?

I started using this app to store pictures and now I have no accessibility to my photos. I notified the support team today, waiting for a response. Jules, I have never logged in before. I would just tap/touch the picture and it would open up. Please advise as to how I would login to to the app.

I still haven't learned all the ins and outs of Ever but just when I think I cant find a pic I go to Ever and there it is. Even when I have switched phones and they said photos may not have transfered over. I can still rest easy knowing that they are safe. I do wish, however, it came with an instruction manual. Probably does somewhere... Thanks Ever.

Edit, now on top of never hearing back from support, I can't send photos either. DO NOT PAY FOR PREMIUM. I purchased the premium version of this app to get my videos, and the feature would not work. I emailed support who now refuses to get back to me. I am filing a claim to get my money back.

stopped updating from all my devices,photos/videos.. mostly older stuff.won't connect with facebook,or really anything.. I have changed settings countless times,nothing helps.. and,I can't retreve anything.. this app started out strong a few years ago.. now is pretty much useless..

I've had the privilege of being a part of Ever since 2014 and I can tell you now there's not an app in the play store, or anywhere else, that can hold hold a candle to Ever Album. Losing phones over the years I always felt blessed that my memories were as close as downloading the Ever app on a new phone, sign in and just like magic, there they were!! Like someone wrote on here, come back, but u don't have 2 be better, You're Already The Best Ever❤️🧚

This is closing down which is a shame as it had the capability to take on larger projects. Now they are asking you to transfer your files out and I can see all of my images and photos but when selected the image is just grey. Can't download or open an image but when you're able it is just a shade of grey.
