EverDrive runs in the background and uses GPS. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. When not driving it does not use the GPS.

It want this app to make me a better driver. Instead, it gives me a pass for going 32 in a 25 zone, but demerits me for making a .34 G turn doing 8 mph in a sportscar. Both are actual incidents the app didn't/did report. I understand about big data, but you should be able to do better. I'm not unhappy with my score, 99.3 and Top-30 in my state. But this app is not helping me.
So Sorry to See U Go! I have Annoyed so many while driving the speed limit. But I felt great at end of drive. So many disregard speed limit posting. Best of app was that I racked up Nearly 2,000 drives with out Touching my cellphone while driving. I Wonder if there is another App as Good! By 2 Staff who were Absolutely Fantastic in Assisting me on several occasions. Hope Ya'll find a New Job. So long.
I use it everyday, everywhere for everything! For example, I use EverDrive to help me fill out my time card for when I arrive and leave work. My schedule varies and sometimes I forget, and I want to be as accurate as possible and EverDrive helps me to do this. I LOVE THIS APP!
I do like getting feedback about how I drive BUT there are a issues I have with it. I dislike being hot with a penalty for heaven acceleration when entering the interstate with an 80 mph speed limit. Really, that semi coming up behind me could run me over. Another issue I have is for hard braking. Speed limit is 70 mph and the yellow light comes. I can brake harder than normal or brake gently and run a red light.
I just got pulled over for "seeming to be intoxicated" I don't drink so now after being followed from the bar the state trooper said I was doing 50 in a 30. Guess what? The app shows I wasn't speeding and honestly I wasn't. It did pick up the hard launch I did leaving where I was stopped though. Amazing app. Wish me luck
Does not end driving trips correctly. I can be stopped for over two minutes and it still shows driving, and if I touch my phone, after I've stopped, it records me as using my phone during the drive.
EverDrive is a great app. If everyone used it, roads would be much safer. No more people using phones while driving and no more tailgating equals far fewer wrecks on the roads!
My app is not working I have e mail notifications. I had app with everdrive,I deleted the one with the picture.I though it was a duplicate app Since then I haven't had any more emails I try to install it back it said it was installed but I have no picture app and no emails
One of my best joys of life is to be reminded every single day what a great Driver I am, I didn't say "greatest",just above average normal body temperature is a nice number to look at every day, and I owe it all to EverDrive. Thanks EverDrive.
I've noticed since I got my new car, with cruise control and automatic slowing, I'm getting dinged on braking. Is there any way to correct that? Also what is the max speed above limit before it dings you?
a few months ago I loved it and I was showing it around and then it started missing weeks and days then stopped. today I updated and it stopped completely.
I like how I now drive... thinking in advance for all driving experiences as much as possible. I am very alert to what is going on around as I drive. Best app!!
It is a bit too sensitive on hard braking and hard cornering. Speeding should be lowered from 'over 8 mph' to 'over 6 mph' .
Frustrated, I I really like the app but since I can no longer get into it I'm very frustrated I've contacted support to no avail so I'm now looking for another app and then I'll delete this one
I am really going to miss this program. It help me contain my driving to a significant degree and I like to see how I rate with other people in the state and the local community.
There are a few times it doesn't record a trip of mine. Other than that, it's helped me be more careful with accelerations.
Best app ever. Kept me a better driver. Love seeing my ratings over the years. A fun competition.
Still shows that I'm driving when I'm home. Needs some bug fixes. But other great app so far.
I've had the app installed for a long time and now after this update it's telling me that I haven't driven enough to be ranked... Bunch of B. S..
It's a nice app and does what I want it to but there's one or two roads that have the wrong speed limit which is hurting my score
The rating is close to the insurance drive safe and save apps if you want to check your driving scores ahead of time. It shows where (on a map) you had any points marked off. Also, if it marks you off for something like speed, but they had incorrect info on the speed in the area (e.g. you were going 65 in a 65 mph zone, but they showed it was a 55 mph zone), you can request a review. If they determine you were going the correct speed, they can update your score.
