Waist of time! I am getting the message that my type email address isn't compatible with their system. This app. really needs to be fixed or removed.
I can't even sign into this app, nor can I reset my password. It says page not found 🙄🙄 this is a big unconvince and bs. How the hell are we suppose to sign into our evergy account to pay our damn bills?!?! This is ridiculous, idk why they changed their app!!!! SMH 😤🤬😤
Never flipping works. Have to go online to pay our bill and their "updated" system is no better. How I miss Westar as Evergy sucks in "evergy" way.
Does not work or not allowed to sign into your account gives you an error instantly I don't know what happened to my evergy that worked before.
Won't even open. Can't make payments over the phone. Yall charge so much for the service and want this money but there's no way to give it. Guess I don't owe you anything. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
LISTEN UP EVERYONE!! I JUST CALLED EVERGY BECAUSE I WAS HAVEING ISSUES WITH THEIR APP AND WAS WANTING THEIR HELP WITH SETTING UP MY ACCOUNT ETC ON THE APP.. WELL APPARENTLY AT THIS TIME THEY DO NOT HAVE AN APP AT ALL... THE LADY THAT I TALKED TO SAID TO GO ON LINE AND U CAN SET UP AN ACCOUNT THAT WAY AND CHECK UR BALANCES,PAY BILLS & ETC... SOO IM HOPEING THAT THIS TEXT HELPS EVERYONE...HAVE A TERRIFIC DAY 😊
App is easy to navigate but I couldn't find anything to log off of it.
So far very satisfied with my provider. Customer service has been very helpful and friendly.
Information used to log into the website does not match what's on the app, as such I need to go to the website.

Why can't I use this app?
This app will not run as intended. It shows the Loading animation but never loads. I always have to go my browser to pay my bill. I'm running this app on a Samsung Galaxy S8+.
