Used it for years now and it's become so essential it definitely needs a review. Managing multiple self employments, The annual reporting makes filing taxes a breeze. Reliably catches the trips without fail and the bank link to capatalize on every deduction! Have tried many others, but this is hands down the best mileage tracker on the marketplace!
This app is THE WORST. When trying to add tags to trips, so you can submit your report, either all your trips vanish, or you get kicked to the top of the list. Start scrolling down again? Kicked back to the top of the list. Oh, and it doesn't matter that you submitted a report, because the app will arbitrarily say it's been submitted, and then just not pay you. Go with Motus, because this app is a nightmare.
Work switched to Everlance and it has been the worst experience. Every month I have to go after work because I was not paid properly. One would think after constantly nagging about the same problem they would fix it. Find a different app, save the aggravation. There are much better ones out there.
When I first started the app i thought oh, i don't have to do anything it does it for me. Wrong! Quite the opposite, i was up all night putting in my delivery . And the price IS IS TO STEEP. I need to know how to cancel this trial before I'm stuck with the being overcharged for something I really don't need.
Only had 1 issue and was emailed by the next morning and was told how to fix it in the app. I haven't had any other issues and it was actually my fault I had changed a setting and just had to switch it back. Great app inexpensive and awesome support.
Consistently "forgetting" miles that have been accounted for in the total dollar amount displayed. All the trips are listed individually but it doesn't keep all of them in the total for some reason. (All work miles, they aren't in the wrong category) One day it will be right and the next day its totally off. Sometimes it updates but not always.
Can't get it to work. Looked online and my screen is different from the explanation. Frustrating. Looks promising but no usable data. Bummed
It's glitchy sometimes and won't record trips when the auto start feature is on. The other thing I don't like about it is that it would not allow me to enter my mileage when I first purchased it. There is another app where I can do that and I like that because of auditing purposes. I wish The auto start feature would also have a choice to save trip under the last category or the category used most. I tried to leave an example, but I ran out of characters:( I'm going to my old tracker.
Off to a terrible start. Tracked my first full day of driving and every button in the app was unresponsive. Figured I'd finish out the day and maybe it would work after. Nope! Lost 64 miles of driving around the city because I literally couldn't even hit any buttons within the help menu either. Ended up having to reinstall the app and it had zero log of what I had completed today. Maybe I'll try another app.
The app is good, does what it says... the reports could be a little cleaner/nicer looking. The only problem I have with it is when connecting my bank account, after verifying my info, when I return to my banking app it makes me login using an OTP verification then returning to everlance I have to verify again. There's no way (that I can figure out) to stay logged in/connected to both simultaneously.
I'm a contract delivery driver for a pizza shop and a parcel delivery company. I've been using this app since 2018, it's basically a cheaper version of QuickBooks but with better features, like how you can see the entire trip instead of just the start and end like qb. I just like the ui a lot better and its $5 a month instead of $20 so I recommend it to all my coworkers.
Everlance works ok, but I feel like the trip detection still has a long way to go. I have to delete trips almost daily that are from walking places or even when we're out hiking and obviously not even on roads. I wish I could teach it to use my car's Bluetooth to recognize when to record. That would also eliminate false trips when I'm a passenger in other vehicles.
doesn't do a damn thing support is no help they're a bunch of morons they need to go back to college and get a real degree I give this app a one star. Support is over there sending me videos and I don't even have half of the things that are on that video I'm trying to explain to her that I don't have none of these videos you're sending me I just need a simple app to do my mileage I told her I was doing DoorDash oh don't put that down? Use it as work lol very uneducated people
Hard interface to use, duplicates rides and then went to delete duplicate and it deleted both. Tries to ride on clout of being a doordash partner but doesnt follow through with quality. Hard pass especially for money
This was a great app until they nerfed their lite version to make it useless. I'm not paying you a boatload of money each month so your app can do a tiny amount of work. If you wanted to sell me the app for a one time charge, that's a different story, but there's just no way to justify a recurring payment for the service the app provides. Edit: I'm not "having trouble with" the subscription, the fee is just exorbitant.
