We've had nothing but trouble since your latest update. Turned the lights on last night, and can't connect to the bridge to turn them off. Unplugged, reset server...nothing. I'm pretty embarrassed that I have encouraged multiple people to have the lights installed, and I truly hope they aren't having the same issues.
The app just got better! It would have been 5 stars but honesty is key in these reviews. The only problem I had was getting the bridge to pair, but that was before the recent update. Everything works smoothly now. It's worth having if you don't want to get back on the roof. I'm going to light them for the SuperBowl even though this year's teams are practically the same colors (49er's and Chiefs). Next I'm going to light them for Valentine's and St. Patty's Day. Keep up the good work EverLights!
every year around this time I try to use my lights. every year they don't work. then I need to go on the roof splice in 3 or 4 new lights to get it to work again. these are a very expensive mistake. sorry but permanent lights that cost over $1000 should last more than a year. in the time I spend repairing every year I could just install regular lights. oh yeah and now this app will no longer connect. apple can connect just fine.
The app has been very buggy for me. Most recent issue is I have my holiday sequence saved with the twinkle effect, but when it runs from the calendar, there is no twinkle. I have tried reapplying the sequence to the series, but that did not help.
App allowed me to log in and connect the bridge, but will not show my zones. I had to use an iPhone to connect the zones to the bridge. Pixel 6 pro still does not show the zones and the app won't let me change the sequence since it thinks no zones are connected!
App rarely works, most of the time the bridge is unreachable for whatever unknown reason, super awesome for how much it cost for the lights themselves, you pretty much pay a bunch to frustrate the hell out of your self. When it works its fun but thats rare.
Hard to keep connected. Hard to get it to open.
The app won't work. It opens and then immediately freezes and will not connect to bridge. The old version worked occasionally and the update is awful.
Currently unable to stop a scheduled event once it is activated without unplugging the device. Have written developer but he does not do anything to fix it.
Love the new Twinkle feature. Please keep the new features coming. The options are unlimited with this technology.
Everlight engineering worked with me over few days, sending me new version, after new version until the issue was resolved Great customer service!
We love Everlights and Al the cool different lights patterns you can do it's so cool. Wd especially live the company and how good they have treated us they are the best company very impressed with them and all they do.
The text fields don't trigger the keyboard on my Google Pixel 4 XL. I can't sign in or create an account.
Latest update just brings up blank screen and never loads.

Colors are not always correct. Ssd's ome lights dont come on.
We are thrilled with our holiday lights. So much fun.
Please add a timer
I have a lot of fun making new patterns for the next holiday or event. Early on I had a minor connectivity issue and the customer service was awesome. Had the problem resolved right away with no hassles.
Great lights and cool app. It's fun to tinker with colors and patterns, but the best part is being able to schedule patterns for any event or holiday throughout the year. They just come on and turn off automatically when they're supposed to!
Love how simple the app is for the kids to use. They love decorating their birthday parties
Great idea, awful implementation. Have had these lights/app for 3 years now. They never work beyond a month or two. We've had to replace them twice, and the company wants to charge us for the defective materials. App is inconsistent and you have to resync to the controller all the time. As I type the app says my lights are active. They aren't. So frustrating to spend this much money for a faulty product.
