This is a great and addictive game. Easy to spend way too much money on. Especially since the game crashes often and you lose progress. Getting help isn't easy. Be prepared to jump through hoops. UPDATE: 3 to 1 star. Game is crashing constantly and I have spent hundreds on this game. You lose progress which takes a long time to make up. It's a frustrating waste!

Okay, since my last review I completely unistalled the game & waited awhile - several months. Re-installed it and it played very well. Now I'm at the same spot where it started acting up the last time - getting Repunzel! Now, the game is giving me error messages when trying watch videos for the extra 30 points or other game pieces. It also freezes at times. I'm changing my rating from 1 to 3 to reflect it played pretty well for the most part. Fix this glitch and my score will increase. TY

It would be nice if it took 1 or 2 minutes instead of 3 to restore a single energy, which since I last played over a year ago, hasn't been changed. Another issue I have is that the lottery ticket timer somehow not entirely resets, but goes back up. At one point, the timer was at around 2 hours and 7 minutes, and when I checked an hour later it was at over THEEE HOURS. There's also an issue with watching ads for items–it will skip thru the ad and not give me the item.

I liked this game, and have spent I don't even Know how many hours or actual money on it, but the most recent update pissed me off. The game already takes an extremely long time to level up and gain more areas. I have yet to fully complete a sesonal challenge and now they just made it take longer to build thing some things that took 5 minutes to complete now take 15 and you can only build 2 things at a time this makes me reconsider whether or not to keep playing. I hope they change it back.

Aside from the world being in inflation and having to constantly pay full price for everything on here, now today I go on and the submarine suddenly shows up in my game. OK. Well an oxygen tank or fuel has a big moving arrow above it but I can't touch it or click on it and nothing else works on the screen. I've restarted several times but it keeps going back to that tank. It's not frozen s I can see little leaves or pink things blowing in the air. What gives?

Awesome game lol I love it so much but a undo button would be game changing. It Is frustrating to work so hard to get a magic crystal to end up accidentally using it. Also a better way to move stuff across the map would be helpful as it is boring waiting 15 seconds to move one item from the top of the map to the other. All and all great game

Janky at best! I like the merge game aspect for the most part but I'm getting really frustrated that I keep accidentally clicking/harvesting things I DONT WANT TO and when I go to drag things it picks up the wrong item since the controls aren't very precise. I've also reached an issue now where I can't get animals out of the storage boxes!!

Pro: It's great to progress at my own speed and compete against just myself. You don't have to spend a penny of real money in order to advance. Cons: It is a game of ads if you want to advance. Games lasting 3 days, you must note the end time or lose all coins & rubies. Similar games give 5 min to do that no matter when it ended. This is NOT one of them. Others also collect all ingredients w/one click. Here you must click on each & every every one. No grace for accidental collection either.

I love this game. I love the easy play and the chill vide it has-it helps me relax and is still engaging. The reason I'm giving it a 3 is that I am so tired of the game freezing/crashing. The app has crashed up to 3 times a day for me for the past month or so now. I even deleted and reloaded the app without success. It causes me to lose progress and, in some cases, the special rewards that happen randomly from the castles. It usually only crashes on the main island. Not giving up on it!

I like this game but I personally think it needs a "collect all" button for collecting ingredients/orders. And also an "open all" button for crates. I do also agree with another reviewer - it's frustrating when you accidentally merge something and can't undo. Otherwise it's a fun game, weirdly addictive. I like all the extra challenges that pop up occasionally.

I love this game and spend so much time in it but lately it has started freezing alot and I lose any progress made during that session. Have to exit out and redo everything. It was just on the main island but now it happens in all of them. The freezing up is consistantly getting worse and more frustrating. Kinda hard to enjoy a game when you have to keep starting over.

Has been a great game in the first year, but over the past 6 months, things have changed and it now takes longer to restock materials/coins and energy (timers have increased to 4 minutes and less coins/gems are being generated from play), plus they have made it impossible to finish the events without spending real money. There are also still bugs with obtaining the free energy by watching ads. Very frustrating. Please change the game back. This used to be my favourite game.

I like the game, I do. But the events they run are mostly pointless because to win at them you have to spend $75 - $100 every event. It takes the fun out of the game. So unless you're content to plod away at the regular parts and wait for your coins to refill, it's just not worth it. Totally fed up at this point. Also, the game crashes and you lose your progress and have to do it all again. So during play you need to exit to save your progress and go back again.

Definitely not as good as when I first started. Unless you can spend quite a bit of money then you should plan on it taking a ridiculous long time to advance in the game. With the newer special events theres almost no way to get all the rewards unless you spend a lot of real money to buy energy and even then it's hard. I've spent more than I care to admit and will definitely regret it but I'm uninstalling and finding something a little more even on the play vs pay

Really like this game but lately I felt like it just wastes my time. Today, I used the endless energy and went to town clearing obstacles, then I meticulously sort my items into categories, used red gnomes to build items, assign blue gnomes for long builds for when I'm offline all to only discover most of it turned back to what it was before I sorted it out. This had happened before but since it was smaller scale, I spent less time on it I didn't mind it that much. Please fix this if it's a bug.

I really like the game but recently I have been losing items. I had 4 honeycombs and the 5th would take me to the highest level to complete a quest. 2 of them disappeared. That was many hours of work. In the other world I had 4 blue horses and 2 disappeared. If it were not for disappearing items it would be a 5 star game. Well customer service, Cara D is an all-star! She fixed it all!

EverMerge was once my favorite game. I would play all day and spend lots of real money but that has stopped for a few reasons. First, the game glitches, freezes, and force closes causing lost progress. Second, the time between energy restoration for special events is way too long making those events impossible to finish without spending money. Finally, the events are repetitive and no longer interesting to play.

I have been a faithful player for almost 2 years. The game has been plagued with crashes more and more frequently over the past few months. Currently cannot even get on the game, and yes I did "all the steps." Would hate to lose all my progress and quit, but getting really frustrated with these ongoing issues.

this game is the best merge-3 game. i love the different items that i can combine. there is hundreds total combinable items. but only made it to level 15 before. so more funner before. but working my way back up. level 9 on home island is my fave because then the mystic isle is available to play. so many different animals. real and fantasy and mythical. I LOVE IT!!!!! game is good in general. especially with the different mini events. i usually dont win in 3 days time but still fun! thanks!!

I was really enjoying the game, but as you get further into it the resources disappear. Events don't have the gifts that they did at the lower levels. The timer increases to 4 minutes per 1 energy point earned. The auto energy stops at 109 which is not enough to chop the higher level obstacles. And on top of that, the majority of the stuff you get from the obstacles you chop down are totally irrelevant to the builds you are trying to get pieces for. The sensitivity for dragging to merge is increased the higher you go, so it frequently turns a 5 item merge into a 4 item merge, meaning you lose a piece. This usually happens on the higher level merges, and increases continually with your game level. The gifts/rewards for the higher levels are no more than the beginning levels and are in fact less than if you started to play today. I've spent over $1000 and hundreds of hours to be disappointed repeatedly. I'd do the surveys, and beta testing thing hoping it would get better but it is all just a psycho-tease. It doesn't get any better. Those are just more carrots to keep stringing you along. It's too bad, because it really could be a long term fun game to play if you did feel like you were getting ripped off every time you turn around. No more Big Fish for me. :(

Love this game! I've been playing for over a year and I have a suggestion...I think it would be great to offer options for the challenges. My thought is to offer the option of a new challenge or unlocking an old challenge that never got completed. Let's face it if you're addicted to this game it's because you love completing puzzles and it just erks you to have an unfinished one.

I like the graphics & it WAS a fun game. The annoyance from accidental merges, moves, pickups, and ending up moving object while trying to move around the map, are tolerable, and it's actually better than other similar merge games. BUT special events are a waste of time and coins/gems, it was great back when it first started, but now it's pretty much impossible to complete unless the only thing you do is play the game. Which makes this game no longer fun & instead, it has become frustrating.

This game needs an undo button as well as a little bit more consistent confirmation for spending gems. A window comes up and asks me if I want to spend one gem to finish a task with between 31-60 seconds left, but I accidentally spent more than 20 gems on a one touch button when I was trying to pick up an object next to it. I also frequently combine 3 objects when I'm trying to set 5 next to each other for a bonus match. Really fun game, but these minor irritations take a lot away from it.

The support is still down. After the last update the game cannot be started. First it freeze on the new item that was added to the game. After I try to reinstal the game it cannot load but freezes on 95% of loading. I was playing this game for long time, may be 2 years, but since the start of this year the game crashes for second time. I'm very disappointed. This was my favourite game 😡

Always Crashing, no matter the time of day, the clearing of all open apps, and even doing the trouble shooting and customer support help it crashes after like 5 min. Now today it won't even open. Spent some time on money on this game and I can't even play it. No update currently available. Before this started happening over a month ago I really enjoyed it (im in level 70s) now its just frustrating and every time it crashes I loose all progress I made when I was playing.

At first I was a little confused, lol. Now I figured it out and I am so addicted to the game. My OCD kicks in, and and I can move things around in piles and make 1 or few more, and organize. the combination feature is so awwweeeesssooommmmeeee. And now I can go on other levels and combine fruits to feed, grow and combine more and bigger Animals. I love this game!!! 4/10 since last update, gameplay freezes after a few minutes & have too reboot game!
