Eversend - the borderless money app

The app has the most poorest transcation service among all the financial app I know.I have to verified and verified again like four to five times just for one transcation.And even when a message is send that you are verified then you check the app it will still state"You documents is till be verified by our team".I keep hating this app because nothing works on this app.Stopping wasting your time cos Eversend is a showdow of itself

App could have been a good concept but I'm unable to use it without verification. They say verification takes no more than 24 hours. I reached out after 48 hours. It's been , over 6 days since then and no response. So much for responds under 30 minutes. Oh, and the cherry on top, app has been crashing ever since I uploaded docs for verification

This app has been so annoying overtime. I've managed their excesses for too long - from slagging, inconsistencies, etc. I've lost a lot of deals on auctions because of this company's remarkable ineptitude & irritating customer service. What the hell is going on with Eversend? My money is stuck in it, I can't load my virtual card, I can't retrieve back my funds & I'm really frustrated. Someone should please suggest a better alternative to enable me carry out my transactions on eBay, Amazon, etc.

Unfortunately Eversend is becoming Ever-useless! Nothing works. Add money? Pending. Send money? There is a problem. Contact customer service? No response! UPDATE JAN 22 Still using the app. Mid 2021 was apparently challenging for Eversend and they have improved. Still works. Some delays in transfers but overall does what it says on the tin. Room to improve, so 3 stars, up from 1.

I just started using it and it is fantastic and super simple to navigate on. I held the two stars because the only transaction i just performed is to fund my account. I will revisit the reviews when i must have done other transactions. Then I will complete or withdraw my stars. But so far so good. The app is really fantastic.

When I started with the app, it was working efficiently and stopped using actual cards and used it whenever I travelled, even gave a 4 star review. For the last 6 months I have failed to withdraw money, transact using my virtual card and worst still the seek help or app customer support loads for hours. I just need to know how or if I can get my money off the app.

Deposit transactions are not automatic. After you send money, it will show in the transaction history that money came in and then show "pending". It is this "pending" that will make your account balance still remain ₦0 or $0. I sent money from my main bank account. Unfortunately, my account balance is still at ₦0. I went to check the transaction history, I saw the transaction and to my greatest surprise, the transaction is still pending whereas my main bank has debited me already. Gosh!

After the initial hurdle of verification, funding and kinda slow interface. Finally created the virtual card and it was the fastest payment I've ever encountered. Will recommend. Also support was helpful even though quite slow. I have a soft spot for tech startups, so four stars. . .💪💪 It worked for me.

I had a very bad experience with this app and the entire platform. Despite the fact that your rate is higher than normal when it comes to funding the card you still don't allow me to withdraw all my funds so it's mandatory to have 5$ in the card even if I won't use it 😒. The card didn't work on Skrill and Neteller which was why I downloaded this app. The customer support is more than worse they'll never reply you when you have issues. Don't use this app to avoid story they touch👌

Please anyone reading this , DO NOT download this app for its virtual card it's unusable they'll put you through a convoluted system to add funds and once you do it's stuck you won't be able to use it , add the fact that their support is non existent and this just seems like a scam. Use any other virtual card app trust me it'll save you from a ton of frustration.

Initiated a withdrawal to my bank account. It shows. That it has been delivered but I have still not received the money. When I contact customer support too they don't say anything. Hmm. This app has become very terrible. It's starting to look like a scam.

Great app with a lot of potential.. Few issues tho but it's normal with softwares to have bugs at initial stages.. Im certain with subsequent updates it will be fixed and it will work smoothly..iv had successful transactions with no problems at all I can say this is the best app so far

I would not want to rate this app bad 😞. But it's crazy to download an app and you just can't sign up. Everything it's just static after inputting my email address, like I can't literally do anything else on the app. I wish the developers or customer support would respond me shortly on how go about. And hope to edit this review shortly. Thanks

Everuseless, Everdisappointing and Ever not good. This app is not good for anything and using it is a waste of time and energy. Their customer support is not active. Exchange rate is same as black market. A simple airtime topup they can not handle effectively. I have been trying to reach their customer support to refund my money since they can't credit me the airtime topup they charged me for yet. All their services i have used no one is working well.

Very useless app, and very much useless customer service, how can a customer agent be online and not attend to you for hours, there are no options to send out the money for your wallets, seriously I do not even get the point of this app, than for it to make money off people arbitraging your money and giving you a lesser a value for it. I do not recommend it to anyone, trust me, you will regret.

Very bad experience the deposited money and took hours to go through decided to withdraw all the money money because the service was bad but still haven't received my money. I barely write reviews but this has to know so you know the stress you're going to put yourself through when you download the app.

I've tried several times to do all the verification needed. But the one verification that says make a circle with your nose two times, in fact I've done more than fifteen times but still not working. If this continues then I have no choice than to delete this app.

It was good at start but now a disappointment.a transactions was marked successful but did not receive the money..surely??????furthermore I did a transactions and still pending for two days again.... but others can withdraw and get funds...immediately... for me they keep telling me ..we are working on it.... surely..am I a child of a lesser God.???what a dissappointment

Eversend did not follow up on my reversal request of 2000 cedis sent to a wrong Vodafone suspended number. The telecoms is willing to comply but eversend has not cancelled the transaction and processed a reversal to my account. I am extremely disappointed in eversend ,they do not validate names on the platform and yet if any thing go wrong they cant promptly act. This is the transaction reference

It was a bad experience guys, the app is not working well. They also have a very poor customer relationship and customer support! Please ignore the app. Adding fund is an issue as well as creating card, temporary disabled for days.

This is more like a scam app. I deposited and over 4 days the money have not reflected and it seems it's lost for ever because the customer care have literally refused to give me answers to why my money wasn't reflecting in my account. I think Google play service should take down this scam app and everyone avoid this app as much as you can they are thieves

I transfered money from the app to my momo, app says money transferred, been waiting for several days but I still haven't received it . People work hard for their money, if you know you have issues, shut it down and work on it. Please Don't download the app!!!

Nothing works lately. Money pending. Delayed responses. Updated system but still asking for verification yet doesn't allow one to reupload documents. Very frustrating. Initially very good app...worked for like a week in 2020.

doing a nice job but you guys should look into the exchange rate or maybe apply the forex market rate. that will be more better for us. And also sort out withdrawal issue once n for all especially in Kenya. Nice app and user friendly, very easy to use.

Had a small deposit on the account. Tried to withdraw it back to my mobile money account. Apparently that was successful but I didn't receive the money. So called support is just a spinning wheel. Looks like I got scammed. Avoid at all costs.

Does the support team work at all? I passed through the verification process and they said you're done. But still yet it's still showing verify your account after I've submitted my ID and did the video verification. Please fix this up. Care line isn't replying to my messages and emails about this. Solve this problem then I'll come back to rate this app good...

Always... they are having issues with their Credit Card unless you purchase a new one after the new one it will also disrupt so you have to purchase another one. You people think we don't know what we use our money for. Although you started the service well but now it looks like I have wasted my time and money. Your customer service is also poor, you delay in reply. You don't even deserve a star
