I have the ability to adjust my thermostat from afar. It is the greatest thing for person who may not always be by their thermostat. The only thing that is poor about this app is that it constantly drains my battery when locating GPS. That only happened recently. I will have to keep the app off my phone until it's updated. Sad face.
just so everyone knows this companies servers are a mess thats their explaination of why the app does not connect to the unit because the thermostat itself disconnects from their servers..today our dog almost died of heat exhaustion when we came home the temp was 105 even though the set point was set at 63 so im sure we will see an outragious gas and electric bill on top of that possible damage to our furnace for running for god knows how long at 105.we have pictures to prove it. and filed a complaint with the FTC...cant believe home depot even allows their products to be sold there...use extreme caution...if we all file complaints with FTC maybe they will shut this company down or force them to take all these negative comments and rating a little more seriously...i would rate this app, thermostat and company a negative number it i could and im pretty sure many of you would agree..
Worst thought out app ever. Always has errors when trying to make programs, doesn't allow programming based on day, just very poorly made.
Never works, always locks up. Reinstalled several times and still doesn't work
Bans such companies who release a product and then abandon their customers by discontinuing the support of their products. This is a paperweight and should be recalled from the market worldwide
Best good looking thermo in living area very elegant missing auto run but satisfing had it now for 2yrs no problem A+++

Needs to connect to Alexa or Google home.

Absolutely waste of time. Weather forecast don't work, app crashes often. And today ac gave out. Swap out to try Honeywell lyric. This one is going back to the store.

Nice looking but poor execution. Drains my phone in less than a day; I uninstall and reinstall the every time I need to change my programmed schedule. Schedule tool is super clunky, only accessible through the App, and doesn't accommodate scheduling by day. Disappointing. I work in the residential HVAC and efficiency industry and this app falls short. The Eversense system/algorithms seem great otherwise.
