Eversnap Private Photo Album

Downgrade 2to1 star from june2019. They ignore bug reports. Often can't save to phone. Bug report given a few times over last 3mos, when rotate phone the pic changes to another one or all black! They only care about iOS. Comment link not always visible. Click emailed link eg "Jim liked this photo." Image it goes to has 0 Likes. So broken. I'll never be a paid member!

My family lives all over the midwest. This app makes it easy for us to share pictures with one another in great quality on both our phones and our laptops. I havent run into an issue yet and I look forward to continuing to use this great photo/video sharing app!!!!

Sorry guys but you get a 1 star if the app can't even open. At least it installed but now what? After opening the app, there are 3 screens where you select next, then next, then done. It appears that the done events are not firing. Would have liked to try out the app though.

Glitchy. Uploads stall out constantly and show that they're "processing" forever. Reopen the app after several days of not using and some, not all, of the previously stalled out uploads push through.

It is probably comparable to other shared album apps, but the live moderated slideshow is great. I love how it inspires contributions! The app shuts down often but I was still able to use it. Loved using it for my wedding

Do not use, I paid for package for our wedding, which they advertise as being moderated for 6 hours during the event. The slide show was not moderated and several foreign images showed up, also people with cuts and broken arms and legs showed up. when I looked at where they were coming from a feed from eversnap. I attempted to call, text and email during my wedding to get the problem taken care of and there was no answer. I got a call the next day. and the lady apologized and said she didn't know what happened. Do not pay for this.

Bad and now worse. The developer is holding users with a free account hostage. They can't afford to keep the service so they removed user access and is charging $10 per album to get the pictures stored on their servers. Coronavirus hit them hard. Email sent said they tried to contact everyone twice but all users I have spoken to didn't get any notice.

A great place to store and shair full quality images I use it for work leisure and currently updating building work progression with the land owner. While on holiday I sometimes run low on memory in my phone so uploading the this service really helps keep me freely kicking away with no worry of overloading my memory.

This was a good app but didn't get notification that you claim you've sent noting you've closed down the free service. Lost photos and I'm not happy. My friend also used it and didn't get any email warning either.

This app has shut sown and removed everyones photos without warning. They charge €10 an album to get your photos back. Im a paying customer and still can't get my photos back, nobody will reply since i sent proof of purchase.

For the last month, none of the pics from my albums will load. I've tried un-installing and reinstalling the app on two different phones and I have the same issue.

very easy upload. glitches out for videos and will.turn off after you watch it. No easy way to save full albums.

Difficult to navigate, hard to like and comment, stupid interruptions to rate the damn thing before I can figure out how to work it.

it's not very functional on Android. the like and comment buttons keep disappearing randomly. good idea just needs refining

It feels they stopped maintaining the app because there are lots of bugs and they are not able to fix them.

Completely broken on Android. Screens are overlapping which makes even creating an account almost impossible.

Smooth experience but is there a way to mass save photos into your gallery? So far I just see the option to save a photo one by one.

this made sharing photos and video clips much easier with the group! I really like this app!

Cannot get passed the intro screen, buttons don't work and ads cover a lot of the screen. Shame

This is awful I just lost all my daughter's wedding photos ..I never got notified to save anything and now I'm told they are gone someone has to sort this please

Really comes in handy for stpring stuff you dont want other people to see in your phone. Plus everyone needs a secret album for their guilty pleasure pics 😁

Great photographer provided. Came when expected and took great photos of the wedding and guest!

It's not fair that we purchase for those pics we uploaded U can apply this restitution on new album but not fair for previous one I deleted this app and my all family members

I like cos i one i can press slideshow online to Project one album from live event în real Time. I recomand this for all when they want to upload foto during The event. Like this you have all foto from all guest. Easy to upload just log with fb. Happy to use this app. You când download at good resolution

Just being able to bring together pictures of a vacation of 7 days from the view point of 7 of my people is truly amazing.

Very reliable so far. Has helped me backup and lose nothing.

I cannot get past the fist page before login it wont go past the 3 pages about the fetures alao will not allowe to log in through facebook
