EverWash - Unlimited Washes

Jennifer, Just want to thank you and all at Everwash. Greatest customer service of anyone I deal with. Y'all have turned on the wash remotely for me, given me a credit after the storm when I could not use it, and always respond so quickly when I have questions. I've recommended this service to anyone, friends and family on multiple occasions and will continue to do so.

Awful crashes on scan, customer service number is useless, can't talk to anyone, left message no return call. Waited twice for 30 minutes in line. Only to fail on scan, twice. Great idea but horrible execution. Cannot recommend this for android, perhaps Apple is ok, but very very frustrating.

Took 2 years to realize their Membership Plans are AWESOME for my wallet & my car ! EW had a special, 30 days UNLIMITED WASHES for $5.00! After 30,chose the basic for my mthly mbrship. My car has never looked so sharp and cc charges are spot on! No notarized ltr from the President if u need to cancel. "Please Cancel" that's it! A++ ALL Staff, polite and helpful! Use EVERWash & u will NEVER-WASH ur ride ANYWHERE ELSE! 💯👍

My truck comes out just a little cleaner than before entering I pay the $29 month for unlimited washes but if it would actually clean it I would pay $50-70 a month but going to look at a few more monthly car wash establishments before I cancel my order been with them going on 7month

I just spent $49.99 and I cannot complete my set-up because the drop down menu doesn't work. You should NOT charge our card unless all info that is required is completely entered.Now, I'm having to ask for a refund due to the bad experience signing up... smh

Customer service with this app is consistently great. I've had a couple issues over the months I've had a subscription for my 2 cars and they always reply within a couple minutes to my E mail, or to do a remote wash authorization if the app has a glitch. First rate customer service, always!

Will not remove my personal financial info from the app when I cancelled the subsciption. I had trouble various times trying to use the app to wash my car, the water sprays at the location I was going to during the drying cycle and the car wash was damaging to my car. The locations are few and far between in my area. Stay far away.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I work in IT (trust me, I'm credibly knowledgeable in this field) and personally I experienced a myriad of issues with your app resulting in complete failure and the termination of my account. On my Google Pixel 5a 5G running bone stock Android 12 currently up to date with very good unlimited data Verizon 5G service while physically on your property, all of the following occurred. Issues trying to setup the app/account: I found that many of the buttons and text were simply not visible in your app. I could click on a lot of things that I couldn't see, if that makes sense? The app would not run my card for the $18 option. The app just kept telling me to wait 2 minutes. I waited about 10 minutes with this 'wait 2 minute message' being redisplayed every time I retried to sign up. Eventually I gave up on the $18 option and found the app would only run my card when I selected the higher tier $22 option. I eventually got the app to allow me to sign up for a different brand car than I own because BMW was simply not there or maybe was one of the invisible ones and I was forced to use a different price tier than what I wanted to. Final straw/complete failure of the app: Issues trying to use the app/account once finally setup: When I scanned the QR code on the stall, the app would attempt to load something indefinitely and then fail with an error message stating that the server was not available. I retried 4 times all getting the same server not available message before giving up and requesting a refund for the app membership (which Oscar did send to me). Given the severity and quantity of the many systemic failures above, I am not comfortable with signing up for a new membership with your company until such time I have been assured the issues above have been addressed. I really doubt I'm the only one experiencing these issues unless maybe your app is simply incompatible with a Google Pixel 5a 5g? Which would also make me not sign up again btw since that's the phone I use daily.

After some initial problems with the wash not activating numerous times, I have now been able to use the wash and the app for about 3 weeks with only 1 issue that customer service was able to reamedy by activating the wash remotely. As long as this continues without issue I would now recommend this service.

I decided to setup a membership before I needed to go in the wash bay, I couldn't get the Make & Model to show up (all white no fonts showing) and couldn't guess which one. So then I was stuck paying for a car wash and had already been charged for a membership. :(

They are absolutely worst! I signed up for 5$ through T-Mobile promo in March and never got a chance to go to Car Wash. I freezed my membership in April, but what the hell, these guys charged me 51$ for the month of May and they are arguing that I did not check the unfreeze mail. I told them I never used your service and I want a refund, they are arguing like idiots which is very disrespectful. I won't recommend this service to anybody and I am gonna lodge a complaint with my bank about them.

I'm really glad I purchased the unlimited washes! The app is super simple, and has paid for itself by the 2nd wash. And Foxes car wash in Hazel Del WA. does an excellent job!! The service is great and the vacuums work 👌

Works nearly flawlessly, which I can not say about most any other app. Also provides a contact tab which the company quickly responds to as well as information such as everwash locations which is great while traveling.

The game itself is fine but the cards change size for no reason. It is very annoying to look at cards half the size of my phone. I can't see the confirm discard prompt or see the suboptimal plays because the screen isn't big enough to show them.

Needs an update. You cannot select the vehicle for your membership. All you see are blank white spaces. I've tried using this app multiple times and usually always have an issue. Don't think I'll come back this time. ✌️

At first it wasn't bad but as time went on problems arose. Can't change plan (and I wanted a more expensive one) difficulties connecting and now it seems to have ceased functioning. Can't access via app, website can't be accessed (403 error). Beginning to think I will have to go through the credit card company to resolve this. Update eventually got it working used it for awhile. Then they updated the app again, kept my money and insisted I need to purchase a new plan to use the carwash. Cancelled plan, they kept my money and said I would maintain my (nonexistent) access until the end of the month.

It was easy to download the app and I love having a very clean car. My location is Eagan MN, I wish they had a better wheel cleaner, it doesn't seem to be working

Doesn't even work. Keep saying OOPS. Then I keep getting invalid codes when I scan. App is terrible and support doesn't answer the phones. Edit: it works perfectly now.

Excellent experience. Download and setup was a breeze. Worked as expected.

What a pile of trash. It worked right after signing up. The next two times I tried the QR code, the message I got was coordinator could not be reached. This was on two different days. So I basically paid $20 for a $10 car wash. Canceling this garbage.

The app itself is good - minimalist and straight to the point. But this service, no more than 2 stars... What's the difference between this and getting a membership directly from a car wash that is likely better quality? And at a rate that seems more expensive. If one could go to any of the participating car washes (at least those with equal pricing), their service may be worth it.

This app is absolutely freaking awesome! I literally have zero complaints, and I'm a perfectionist. If anyone experiences any issues within this application it is not the application, it is more than likely the internet service or lack of power at the location you were trying to use it at. Even then a simple 2 minute phone call to the support number listed in the app will get you customer service which will attempt to resolve the issue and if not credit your account. What more could you want?

Ive found customer service to be good, especially regarding billing. You get a live person in the US who speaks normal, unaccented English and who troubleshoots the problem on the spot and actually follows through on what s/he says she s/he is going to do. Additionally, I find that the monthly pricing deal is good, but I assume that's dependent on the particular car wash you use.

App had issues recently (started when I updated to Android 12, I think). The crash-upon-loading issue seems to be fixed, which is awesome - I just got my car washed for the first time since the issues started. Hopefully they can get the rest of the bugs fixed soon. Aside from the past 2 weeks, I love the app and their service.

I've had a variety of issues including being told that "my location cannot be determined" "error, please try again" and most recently I was given the "happy washing!" screen which typically means the time starts loading. It never did and scanning again, I got the message "sorry, you're limited to 1 wash per day". That was the final straw. Canceled my membership. I'm tired of it sometimes working. Fix your app.

Poor app, good concept. App appears easy to navigate but doesn't allow touch input for navigation. Provides name of wash service but not address unless you switch to another page with all services, now you have to search; very inconvenient design. Doesn't allow you to switch locations if service is bad unless you pay full price for membership again. If at least it would let you switch as one monthly membership expires before you make payment for renewal.

A pretty average wash, but it still turns out to be a pretty great deal since I go so often. The only real complaint I have is the dryer, which is borderline useless. First, dryers that you have to drive through are nowhere near as good as the automated ones. But the drying time is way too short. I basically have to keep a towel in my car, and I end up having to get out and dry everything by hand to avoid streaks and spots. I'd be willing to pay more for my membership, if they could upgrade the dryer somehow.

Waste of money stay away. Signed up for a monthly membership since I get up early in the morning and drive past a wash daily. App doesn't open so I can't get a wash. It's 3 am so I can't call customer support to have them turn on the wash which is inconvenient. I can't open the app to cancel my membership either. Junk app maybe they will read all of these terrible reviews and do something but I'm going to go with they won't.

It was good but apparently they don't want you using it once a day like it says you can. Really disappointed

Same as everyone else... App doesn't work and there is no workaround to access membership outside the app. 4 days in, still no solution... The level of incompetence here is mind boggling. They released software that immediately hard crashes the app, approved it for release without testing it, and now aren't even able to roll back to prior version or fix the new issue at 4 days (and counting). Insane.
