Reported a security issue 3 months ago which is exposing all users name, email, address and password which is still not fixed and was told that the issue is "irrelevant" as they are slowly moving people to a different app. Would advise using an app that is still actively maintained and puts an effort into keeping your data secure
Pretty average. Over complicated. Can't use in poor signal areas as you have to log in and sync every time. Small fonts not good for old eyes. Is anyone ever going to make a gas cert app that is simple with no added rubbish to complicate it? All it needs is a easy cert with no customer details to be filled in separately and certainly not saved. Just want a cert that can be filled in in real time, emailed and discarded.
Reasonable however when inputting combustion details, if you press the big obvious save button at the bottom IT DOESNT SAVE which is incredibly frustrating as all the readings need inputting again. If you remember the top save button does work. So annoying. Other than that so far its OK.
Was good, although if you want to edit anything or have an issue with a fault, that causes you to have to redo full certs ect, costing hours of time, and im paying for this, then i think it should be fixed within a week, not months and months.
Crashes and wipes all the data entered. If the appliance details are edited the data becomes corrupted. More trouble than it's worth.
Not a great app, and seemingly impossible to cancel the subscription.
Cant login or use after paying a monthly subscription. Need a refund.
Waste of the time and money, absolutely useless, faulty and full of the mistakes.

Was all fine for 3 months then all of a sudden stopped allowing me to send my certificates to my customers not good considering I pay for this
Not 18th edition compliant and did not make charges clear, thanks for reply, have amended review rating and may try it again once 18th version is released

No point having it as it doesn't have the 18th edition certs?
Some problem in creating is all I get. Also how much does it cost ?

Really good app, saves time and paperwork. Thanks guys. Only complaints are that: Doesnt link site address with appliances. Doesnt update saved records after initial saving. Crashes if left idol. Only allows four appliances on Gas landlord cert.
used this for quite a while now. very good. am very pleased with this app. also just found invoicing facility. would be nice if could send copy cert and invoice together on same email.
Fantastic application, only downside if the connection drops on site which is common it doesn't back up photos added to the cert so well worth taking the photograph with your standard camera app and then adding photos from files.
Circuit in EICR only allows numbers don't know how to add phase like 1/L1, also is crashing in samsung knox but works in normal mode
Having already used gas engineer software for a number of years and being very impressed, I knew this app would be perfect for PAC testing. Saved me tons of time and effort, and will make my life easier every year from now on. Thank you guys.
It's unbelievable how much some apps charge to gain access to downloadable certificates, I found one at £140!!!! THIS IS FREE!!!

Great Potential. If you can add electrical installation and condition reports/fire alarm reports. It would be awesome. Keep up the great work you are on a winner.
On the Electrical forms when I'm filling the testing schedule I will fill the details for example 5 circuits then onto the 6th circuit and randomly circuit 2 or 3 will disappear but can still be seen on preview so if I need to change anything there is no way of editing that circuit. There should be a way of keeping completed test forms within a folder of what form it is aswell. If it wasn't for the random line that would disappear then I would have given 5 stars. Issue needs to be resolved.
