Everyday Digital Watch Face
Its main purpose is to quickly read time in a glance with higher than minute resolution
- so this watch updates time every 20 seconds instead of only once a minute.
The extra screen updates doesn't result in any noticeable battery drain (no more than 5%). It also works and looks great on Sony SmartWatch 3 thanks to transflective lcd. It is not suitable (burn-in protection may not be enough) for OLED.
There are some configurable options: 12/24 hour modes, white on black or inverted, font size, bold font (on/off), font outline (because of background support), and few other things to toggle (date, seconds, top ambient battery line).
Everyday Watch Face also allows you to have custom clock background. Just share any image on your phone with "Everyday Watch Face" and it will be set as the background.

This is really a nice face. On this web page, it states that storage permissions are required, making it look bad. But this is false--the APK requests no storage access. (It does ask for a strange PROVIDE_BACKGROUND permission -- which I have read was never really used by Android, .) If you could spruce those two things up, it would be great!
I didn't expect to say this for a free app but this is a well customisable watch face app with plenty of functionality and switchability! I would donate if it had a PayPal or Patreon page 😃. And meaningful patch notes too 😍
Nice, simply watch face. Only complaint, when the screen goes to ambient, the seconds need to go away as well.
One of best watch face working amazingly. One cons is that the connectvity icon in watch to phone is not displayed.dont know whether it is conceted to phone or not. But worth having this watch face.
Please update ambient seconds don't count they just stop on whatever sec it was on when going into ambient mode fix this and 5 stars

I think the AM/PM indicator is kind of ugly tacked onto the top middle, but if it's off it looks great. Other than that one thing, while I'd like to see a nicer looking font (maybe something LED-ish? Not that stencil thing,) this watch face is great. It's simple, it's clean, and it gives you almost as good of a battery life as the minimal things that come stock. You also can change how it does ambient mode to, for example, have it in all red instead of all white. This technically must use a bit less power, but also it's less jarring late at night when it's dark than white. I do really hate the color chooser though. I'd rather put in a value. Unfortunately very few devs will ever understand what it's like to OCD so put sliders for things that guarantee you can never get an exact value and this is a particularly hard to operate multi-slider. Still, great battery life and generally good looks even in ambient mode make this one of the best choices on the market if you want something minimal.
Love this clock face. One issue I'm having, though is that I cannot install custom fonts, whenever I try the phone app says that t is not a TTF file, which it is. I have also tried to download the new Every Day time, but is says it is not compatible with my Pixel 2 phone?
Exactly what I want. No fancy no decorating but simple to use and see the timr. Best watch face app.
There is a bug I suppose. When I put a custom background on the watchface, the am and battery percentage indicator cast a kind of shadow, towards the right, which is kind of annoying. Otherwise this is the watchface I was looking for.

This is the best watch face so far I found., the only issue is in ambient mode, there is a white line on the top left and it drives me crazy...it sometimes goes away but it does reapear.
more practical than most watch faces, however all the text is squished to the top and looks off center.

Large bold font - zoomable to 120% - is exactly what I need as my ability to focus closely deminishes with age! Simple, uncomplicated, effective. Looks great on a Sony Smart Watch 3, making good use of the screen shape and available space. Only suggestion - and this is really nit-picking! - is for the time and date to be moved down the screen a little, to prove a bit more of a gap between them and the other info (battery charge symbol, battery charge value, and seconds). Great app. Love it!
