If not used frequently, the app fails to connect, stuck on a blank screen. Addendum: The only way to test would be to schedule another video appointment with my doctor (who is probably not interested in testing software), so unfortunately, I can not "test" the software to report whether the issue has been fixed.
Cannot log in with fingerprint option, it causes the app to crash. I have to log in using my username and password which directs me to a web browser to log in, then I am redirected to the app. Very time consuming to do all these extra steps when I can just log on using a web browser and get what I need faster that way instead of using this app.
It will not let me create a account i put in all that is information is needed and when I'm done it tells me that the email or password is incorrect..i finally figure it out it was saving some information Wrong the app works great..i just tried to login and it gave me the same message that I was getting before that i was putting the wrong information stressful situation
I downloaded this app specifically for virtual appointments with my Doc during this pandemic. It worked great with my Samsung Note 10+. Video and sound was clear. Two points to note 1)There's a message/note that pops up in the appointment page that says you must use a desktop PC - ignore it. 2) I declined a call during our virtual appt., that kicked the sound off of speaker with the Doc and there was no way to turn the speaker back on.
I've used this app for at least 3 years and never have I encountered a problem. Great way to review chemistries and communicate with my doctors. ****** Thanks for responding to my question about biometrics. So pleased to see that you've enabled it again just as you committed to do. If you're an independent developer, please reach out to me as we want to port a web app over to Android and IOS. jh
The lack of contact for customer service within the app is alarming. The phone number in the email they send in response to a message from the app goes to a completely different company who know nothing about EW! They were nice, though. I uninstalled then reinstalled and that solved my problem, but really?
I have just started using this app, and it works well from what I can tell. I used it for an eVisit and saved both time and money... BTW, the fingerprint option works fine on my Samsung S7. Great job putting this app together ppl! Thank you and warm regards!
Junk...inconvenient to use...will not allow log in....credentials clear after each sign in attempt....102.0.4 build....shows current in play store
After I attempt to login using my credentials this app gets stuck on a page that says it's redirecting. It never progresses from there. Better just to use the website which does work instead of this broken app.
I use it to keep in touch with certain physicians, see visits notes. It is a plus toward improving my health.
Terrible, I am trying to log in to check for my referral and it just flashes and keeps asking me to sign in. I've changed my password a few times now so I know that is not it. All this money you steal from us and y'all can't get an app to work.
I have used the website and now the EW app for sometime now, and while I find it useful for appointments etc, I see that it does not link with some of MHMG dr visits or bill payments. I still get emails about outstanding bills which are not showing up on this app. They either come in the mail or recently from Athena app patient portal. Wish there was one app and one place to manage all appointments, messages, bills, prescriptions, results etc.
This app and website won't download the plugin. I have emailed numerous times to find out what plugin this site uses and no one gets back to me. I've tried having my doctor's office help me but they don't seem to have the same issues I'm having. I have the app and it tells me that I need to have to the desktop site in order to join. So I go to the website and it tells me to download a plugin to join. So I click the link and it tells me that it's downloading but nothing opens.
Great app! I can locate my lab results, appointments and message my doctor. The only problem is that I can't add this app to my phone's homepage and I always forget the name of the app to look it up.
Almost every time I try to access the portal I get an error with a really long number and I cannot figure out how to contact support . Have spoken with Brandon at Cerner and he said the issue is not theirs and that memorial hermann needs to fix their app. Ive written you guys twice like you said below buy still no reply and still get the error. I need to be able to access my information. What does it take to get a response?
as of today 2-20-2020, the application installed onto my Samsung Phone ok, and works just fine. Downloaded from the Google Play online web site thru my desktop pc thru the wi-fi system directly to my phone.
Absolute garbage. "download the app so we can tell you to go online." What is the point of the app? I also waited over 45 minutes for a doc, and still heard nothing while draining my battery on my phone for the facetime I was supposed to "see within five minutes" from the doc. At this point, who cares what happens to me? They sure don't! No wait time, no updates, just to wait.
Great potential. Unfortunately new appointments not visible or not entered and test results not entered/visible after 2 weeks. Worthless if doctors don't respond to messages, results and appointments never show up.
Downloaded this app to help my elderly parents with their healthcare. It came preloaded with one of those Walmart Gift Card redirect viruses. The redirects started when I installed the app, and stopped immediately upon uninstalling.
I uploaded the app for the first time and tried to use it! AFTER typing in ALL THE INFORMATION! And it DIDN'T RECOGNIZE the VERY INFORMATION I just put in it! So I just simply DELETED! It. I was so looking forward to using it! But I was just simply DISILLUSIONED, thanks, thank you, for the creator of the app.
This does not work at all to schedule an eVisit or an appointment with a virtual doctor. I have tried several times and the app never got me to s health provider at all.
This app has frequent failure with no way to get the information you need. Requires more than 1 logging attempts for some reason. This is horrible.
Not very intuitive. Does not automatically save Doctors i've had appointments with. Does not add appointments i make at Dr.'s office or via phone
Like everything else associated with this garbage hospital this app doesn't function. You can't link medical records and when you try to review the app it has you relog in perpetuity. Not worth the cost of $0

Inconsistent app. The app. Shuts down, freezes and shifts as I try to read thr information on my smart phone
It is hard to rate an app. That never let me sign in. It said my gmail was good and my Pin was strong, and that is as far as I could go.
None of my info (appts, billing, etc) is In the system and noone in support can tell me how to get it loaded.

Unable to use, the same problem as others that get stuck on redirecting after trying to log in. The app used to work well but I guess your improvements went the wrong direction for some phones. Well after further troubleshooting, I discovered that if you have Edge as the default browser you get this log in issue. Once I changed it over to Chrome as the default, the App worked properly. This is the only App I've ever used that required the Chrome browser. Ya'll need to find out why...
