Evine Tablet

Terrible tablet implementation of an app! I use the ShopHQ app on my phone and it's great. Navigation is smooth and intuitive. I know where I'm going and get what I expect, where I expect it. This however is the worse port over to a tablet version I've ever seen. Navigation disappears when you rotate to landscape. I lose the search, cart anf three line hamburger menu for "Menu". There is a very odd navigation line above with another three line hamburger menu item for "Home" which makes no sense

This App Needs Work I have used this app for a few years and I find the process of eliminating unwanted brands, types of items, sorting them, etc. is slow and can be a tedious task, especially when the page w/results closes after one views a few products. Also, I have been unable to make a payment online for well over 6 months. I have called and spoken to someone about this problem, but the technical support representative was not helpful at all.

When I finally and I do mean finally get to the place I want to be, it shuts down. That is so frustrating. When I choose the main options I want for a product and then change my mind the original option will not go away. The app is horrible. I don't have this problem with any other online vendors so I know it's evine.

Would like to see a "back" button built in to the app itself - using the button on my tablet takes me completely out of the app, rather than just back one screen. Never had that problem with the previous Evine app. Got frustrated & gave up my search.

Cannot log in, but can on browser, so not a password issue. Search and filtering almost unworkannle. Very cumbersome and awkward. Drop down does not appear to work because the ads are there and you have to scroll down a lkkng way to see. Simplify it and fix the login issue.

It takes too many clicks to get to show schedules.. I no longer have cable. I have Hulu which does NOT offer Evine. Plus I have tried to get text alerts to shows it am interested and have not gotten any... very disappointed.

Can't sign in on Android 8.1 OS Samsung Galaxy tablet. Something about RECAPTCHA. Uninstalled & reinstalled. Won't work. What the H... ! Used to work. Also doesn't work on my Android 6.0 tablet. used to work on that tablet too. No more.

On my Samsung tablet, I had to uninstall because after opening the app, this strange at&t box /pop up? would not close. I've tried several times with the same result.

It doesn't take my password. I even reset and it didn't work. It doesn't use the traditional button on your device. I work in IT so it's very frustrating when websites don't use general standards.

I'm so happy I've discovered this app! Shop HQ is the best! No matter what product the Hosts are presenting , they describe it to a 'T'! You know that what you ordered, is what you receive. Tablet App doesn't work! After installed app. Popup there's "Sign up today to receive" Over that another Popup note "Leaving ShopHQ This link will take you outside the ShopHQ App. Do you want to proceed? No Yes" it doesn't matter what you click on Yes or No it closes up and you're back at the Uninstall/Open Google Play ShopHQ Tablet. Just a note Tablet app. Not the Mobile app it works on my other device which is a mobile.

Why do you keep changing your name back and forth? Before Evine you were Shop HQ. I received an email link to this upgrade and thought it was fraudulent. The only way i confirmed the name change was to turn on the TV and seeing the new logo on screen.

I can login with my verified login credentials on website and app on phone, but on my Samsung tablet, using the tablet app, keeps saying login ID and pw do not match. Tablet app is flawed. I even reset my pw and still dosen't work on my tablet. So much for easy access to order or check on orders from my tablet. Fix this bug/flaw please.

Now the app doesn't work at all !!! Tried it again in 2022 and it still doesn't work zero stars...

It's very slow and you can't return to the page you were on without reentering your search. Terrible app.

Shop HQ has been a great app. They have great fashions, and they offer great payment methods. I love to watch their shows and have not been disappointed by the quality of everything I have received.

This app does't work as well as the Evine. When I put this in my cart they come up missing. I don't like this app at ALL! It was MUCH better when it was Evine. Hurry up and fix it please.

after viewing a few pages I will buy an item and have to restart from the beginning at home. hate this cheap short cuts that don't work.

placement of picture and page is off. click on item and there is no product only words? Attempt to see specific item, pic is off centered or zoomed out of frame.

the site isnt working properly . so if you have an account beware The system was ordering anything you look at and had on hold. up until May there were no issues

Freezes up and doesn't show photos in proportion to my android tablet screen. Very annoying!

New app much better than old one, but sometimes it's difficult to navigate. Keep up improvements and good work!,

inconvenient to use on an Android tablet since there's no way to exit the app without booting the device

The app was much better when it was Evine. There was no problem with app suddenly not functioning properly. It's horrible

Ok , Everytime I thought the order was done continue. Continue. Fast checkout was not fast.

Information overlaps. Content is slow. HATE the * load more * feature. Just let ALL items selected load.

HQ not responding would pop up in all my other apps while I was in the middle of doing something important and hadn't ever asked for the HQ app!!!!!!
