Great idea and very convenient. But the app is being work on often when I need to contact my Dr. This has happened to me at least 4 times in the last 6 months. Including today. I contacted customers support because an error popped up with the number but got an answering machine.
Worst app out there! Takes forever to load and super slow to respond. Crashes constantly. Doesn't work more than half the time. Complete and utter garbage! Oh and their tech support is a complete joke waste of time. They don't even know their own product! Not even a little bit! What a nightmare! Update: still terrible garbage! I'm happy to report that my doctor has dumped this terrible product!
Like others here, I fell for the false advertising on Google saying $39.99 for an ESA letter for my dog. I clicked on the ad and it brought me to a page to fill out a form that made me download the app. In between this time, phone rings & it's their rep wanting to charge $79.99 for 2 letters. if you only want 1 they want to charge $59.99. This is not on advertising. Reporting to BBB
This app is a disaster. There is no initial registration screen for new users. I had to enter my email address and select forgot password to create one. There was no 2-step verification, security code or ANY type of security on this process. So much for HIPPA rights. I accidentally found an appointment questionnaire that I filled out but ended up going nowhere. I was supposed to get to a "virtual waiting room" but nothing on the screen ever identified when I was actually in the waiting room. There was a green "join" button next to my doctor's name and appointment time. I hit that at various points and nothing happened. There are no prompts to tell you when you should hit it. I logged out and logged back in. Still no progress. I have a 25 year career in electronics and this is the most pathetic app I've ever seen. How painful that this was how I was supposed to see my doctor today. Never did see him or use this app. He called me the old fashioned way. Poorly written app. No instructions. Not intuitive. No indicators to confirm progress. I was left wondering what was going on the whole time. I talked to the office manager to try to troubleshoot it. I complained to my doctor about this app. I hope they dump it.
I'm just grateful we have this app in place so that we can stay safe, and stay home during Covid-19. The only problem I've had is having to reset my password each time. So maybe there's a small glitch, but our safety is worthy of that..Thank you
I was charged twice for a recent visit. My bank notified me the charges werr within 7 seconds of each other. I have made numerous efforts to resolve this issue as I am on s fixed income and need the matter taken care of immediately. Every effort I jave msde to resolve this has been futile.Do proceed with caution when using this app.
How can I sign in if the app doesn't let me sign up first? I'm expecting a call from my pcp next week. I don't think this app will work from my end to be able to properly communicate with my Doctor when she calls. Please help the patients by fixing this issue.
The old app was WAY better. Can not log in no matter how much I reset the password. No way to check in for my Therapy appointments and the Therapist has the same issues on their end.
My Dr's office signed me up for virtual visit being because of the COVID-19 issue. So far virtual visits work well. But, I was told that with the app I would be able to send my Dr messages. I do not see that option. Today, I really need to do that, not make appt unless he tells me to. Already have one for tomorrow.
App goes right to a sign in screen without allowing you to create an account with a user name and password. Cannot log in at all. Not user friendly.
After downloading this app it goes straight to a page that ask for email & password, not a signup page. I've never used this service so I have no idea what to do after downloading.
I am absolutely so happy with this app. Its always quick to see your doctor and, "YOU DON'T HAVE TO GET DRESSED, YOU CAN SEE YOUR DOCTOR SITTING ON THE COUCH"! OH YEAH, DID I MENTION THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO DRIVE MILES AWAY FROM HOME! I recommend this app to everyone!
This app is a disaster. I am a 38 year experience electronic technician and member xda developers for high end Android Devices. Telehealth and not this app evisit Telehealth is the best app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS ONE.
I am so frustrated with this app. I tried to get in but it skipped the check in process. The Doctor called me to go out and refresh to check in. I did all that and then I'm still waiting. Another Doctor comes in, she starts with Hello, can you see me. My screen is black. Im trying to tell her no. Then asking if I can hear her. Yes I can, but she can't hear me. She trys to chat with me but MY chat won't work. So I did the check health. Said all was good. I don't think so. Waste of time.
App wont open and when it does it wont except my email and password. I'm very frustrated with this app l wish my doctor would get a better one.
There is no option to set up a account. Just a login screen. I called the # left a message. I will change review if things workout. 2pm 3/23/2020
It was very helpful! I'm very happy to have this option in my life right now. It was very easy too! I can't believe how easy this was! I'm getting the help I need and I don't have to go and be around people. This is fantastic!
This app works poorly for me AND my provider. When I upload things for my provider to see during the visit, it never works
App does not allow me to login after I created an account. I went to chat support but they were no help...
How am i suppose to SIGN IN, when there is NO PLACE TO REGISTER! and NO, I refuse to shut down my antivirus, or my VPN. Im not putting my family at risk for YOUR benefit. ...and yes, Ive had techs from places (like SKYPE for example) tell me to! Are they nuts?!!!

This app makes routine doctors visits very easy, especially for older folks like us.
Reset Password several times Uninstalled then enstalled again then reset Password. Still unable to login.
Wonderful idea. From start to finish it took less than 10 minutes. Never wait in a office for your turn with the doctor. I recommend this service to everyone, you will be glad you did.
I am supposed to have had probably 15 evisits with medical staff, and this app worked exactly one time.
Stuck on trying to make a visit, no user feedback on what to do next. Is my short description of symptoms too long? Do I need to add an attachment? Pressing continue does nothing
This app does not let you register. I have uninstalled and installed it multiple times and I only get the sign in screen. This needs to get fixed so that more patients are able to use this. ***Updated*** I contacted my doctors office and they are suppose to set you up with an appointment first. You will then get an email and be able to register from that link in your email.
