This app is nice looking but some of the nutritional information is off. Honey almond flax cereal by Kashi is one example, the values were not even close to those listed on the box. This makes me worry that other foods might be inaccurate as well. The app has also failed to provide me with a new meal plan after I've completed my first week. It's really frustrating. I also wish I could enter meal info from a previous day but the calendar won't allow me to do so.
My personal trainer went from myfitness pal to this app. The app (and website) constantly locks up. Doesn't have all foods that I eat on a daily basis. Not very user friendly at all.
Worst app I have used ever don't waste ur time. It is so inaccurate
The Worst! So many issues, too many to list! I press 'ate it' and it doesn't take, or goes back to dashboard. Invalid date appears a great deal when I know I'm on the proper date. Trainer creates new weekly plan and the old week doesn't stay open. When I go to my plans to open my old week to complete, it goes back too far and I have to arrow thru 10 days, when I simple need the last week. It's frustrating as I certainly won't use this once done with trainer. Will be moving onto MyFitnessPal!!
