**UPDATE: Only use the account number on the app, don't use the e infront of the number. Why don't the developers reply to any negative comments, questions, OR mention this in the description??** I did a warranty exchange & transferred EVERYTHING to the new phone(both are Galaxy S8). I had both phones on the table & I was able login to the app on the old one but not this one. I kept getting error 500. The software status for the apps & the phones were exactly the same.
I have this bank for 10 years and so there bank mobile. 🏦 I never had an issue with their bank mobile app when I travel international since is easy for me as well to have access for transfers and viewing my account.. Im in South Korea and the app is not working when it used to... is just loading for long when I log in.. please help? Thank you!
App was working great until this new update. Hence why I gave 2 stars. Now I can't even access my account anymore. Seriously regret installing this useless update. I even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, but nope, still not working. DO NOT UPDATE!!! You will be stuck with error (code 500) if you do. You've been warned.
The app doesn't work on my S20 FE 5G. I can type in my account number but when I try to put in my password, I get an alert that I have an app running that can intercept my touchscreen activity. I use Samsung Pass so I am pretty sure that there is a conflict between Samsung Pass and this app. Of course Evolve has no answers for me as to why it is not working. Turns out the app is not as convenient as advertised.
The deposit function always gets stuck when taking a pic of the back of the check. It freezes and you cant complete the deposit. Uninstalling and reinstalling used to work but now when I reinstall Im given an error code that wont let me login at all.
its not working since the update and developers should have already fixed this issue its been like this for a while it looks like they really dont care. I would give it zero stars if I could. I called and all they said is they are working on it and dont know when it will be fixed. hahaha you gotta be kidding me.
App worked fine before and now it has become worthless it gives you a 500 error and can't be accessed any longer. I guess they will never fix it.
Horrible app on both Android and iOS. Always get the 500 error when trying to log in on either platform. Not so on a regular browser.
Got the 500 error.. removed the e from the account#.. requested a pin? Which I don't have. Now "This account is locked" . Very convenient considering there's a new charge of 4.00 for calling and resetting your Password over the ph.
Haven't been able to access my account through the app for over a month now.(Since the the last update)... Creates an inconvenience more than anything.
Just awful!!!! Gave me error, bank reset my password. Still get error. Uninstalled app and reinstalled but still get error!!! Changing bank soon!!!
Error Code 500. Any else seeing this on an android phone? I've tried resetting password on my actual computer but still that doesnt fix this bug on my phone...
had no problems until my phone recently updated. now it doesn't work all. hopefully it's fixed soon. loved it before

I've been getting error for the last 2 weeks. I've had to reset my password twice. This is not convenient for someone who uses e-banking all the time. I depend on this app highly especially for check deposits and paying bills. Very frustrated.
