The app is useful. But the identification process is quite bad and unintuitive. Scanning each side of the ID document should be saved after user confirmation. Currently this is done automatically without user consent and I don't always like the captured images by the software and must go through the whole process again - very cumbersome.
The app is okay, the subscription plans are unnecessary difficult to find and the remaining available signatures from one month don't transfer to the next which makes no sense. I can't calculate how many signatures I will need each month. I am giving 3 stars only because their support team is great. Very nice and kind people.
Works OK. The only issue I have is that I can not place my signature where I want in the document preview. My signature always goes to the bottom left of the document. This is annoying.
Scanning second side if the id card doesn't work, tried around 30 times for like an hour and always it gives error. Called the support number and they told well just do it faster... what a joke it is
The app doesn't recognize my security answers and I am not able to log in. The customer service representative advised that the only way to use this app again is to erase my profile and the documents will be forever lost.
Impossible identification. I've tried many times without success. It happened once, but it ask me to scan NFC of the document. So it failed again. p.s. To scan Bulgarian documents, it's necessary to switch to region Bulgaria and language Bulgarian. It's not working with region Bulgaria and language English.
Fast and easy identification that took around 10 minutes to complete. I could also sign documents without any problems. I have had problems with other identification apps in the past (IDnow), so I would definitely recommend EvroTrust.
It stucks in Identification process and impossible to continue. Support told me to clear cache, restart phone. After hours I go to step to Recognition by call, bu the lady there was rude and just close the call. Still no identified. Such a frustration and waste of time.
Fix your application. With an active subscription, it says everytime, when trying to sign "Your subscription needs to be verified...". After few attempts, then somehow it allows me.... Annoying!
Painful. Get through the registration after 20 minutes of trying. Then authentication is refused. Call center suggests to delete the account and try the registration again. How about no.
Updated review from 1 star to 4. Once you reach the support - it's as easy as pie. But the self-service identification is... Let's be polite and say it could be better. However gotta mention the support team are cool friendly and professional
Scanning my ID was a challenge! The app takes a shot of the document while the phone is still moved to position which in turn results in blurry image likely sent out, which in turn fails to recognise it's an ID and requests to read it's NFC chip. Well mine doesn't have an NFC chip! So after 30 odd attempts, I have finally succeeded. For those with same issue - just don't focus on the ID once the camera starts, wait a few seconds, and then quickly point to the ID. Good luck with the selfie step!
The app itself is not user friendly, the 3rd step (id scan) is not working and you have to contact their support for registering in the app. The most appalling is that their line is always busy and once you have waited enough and been informed 1nce that their stuff is busy, the hold music stops and you get abruptly disconnected by a flat message. Would not recommend to anyone.
The app spared me travelling to sign a contract, as well as standing in line to obtain a PIK from the National Social Security Institute. Customer service was quick, polite, and exquisitely helpful. I'm so far happy to have installed it.
awful verification process. and don't hit me with the generic "dear valued customer" reply. just fix it, as the majority of the users complain about it.
Absolute dog water. Evrotrust is for you if you enjoy getting locked out of your account abd having to talk to customer support each time you need to login.
No way to change your secret password, and now I cannot enable it in my new device
Very bad experience! How are we supposed to trust a company which handles sensitive data, if the verification process is so buggy. After removing 'glare' changing the angle to make the app happy I got 5 times a 'server communication' error. Not very helpful for a person who does not know what such a general description means. I am then prompted to scan again? Please at least fix the error messages!
Using this app is an absolute chore. You need to wait at least a second after typing each number of your pin, no indication what you pressed or even if you pressed anything. Almost every button is just a link that sends you to a webpage, and every time you leave the app because of such a link, you need to log in again with the clunky pin typing.
Update 2021/07/23 After a painful identification process I succeeded to register to the app... Original review: 2021/03/22 Very bad, do not use! Wasn't able to install it on two Android devices, because Google play was telling me "Your device isn't compatible with this version." Then contacted support. They told me that this error is due to region setting, because it wasn't set to Bulgaria. In order to set it to Bulgaria, I had to add card to Google Play. Once Bulgaria was set as region, guess what - "Your device isn't compatible with this version." again. My guess was that this is because device is Android 4.4.2 (Lady on the support phone ignored this suggestion and insisted that the IT department told her that my phone is supported. You cannot know app requirements, because in the email you get they are not mentioned and when you follow the link, you get the incompatibility string. I was able to check version requirements once I installed the application on Android 9 device), but support was insisting that my issue is that region is not Bulgaria. Then... I installed the application on Android 9 device, which was fine, but I expected another issue - inability to verify account, because use of the front camera on this device is forbidden. Didn't get so far... Application crashed on first scan of the ID document, then on second reported that document is already in use. Uninstalled the app and will not bother with it anymore...
Useful but not very clear process of registration.
Reading through all the negative reviews I was expecting way worse when installing the application. The registration went really smooth for me, couple of minutes and I was done. No lag, no card scanning issues, no communication errors. Received and successfully signed documents from bank. pretty straight forward. One bug/glitch I noticed is that after changing my login/sign verification method to "Fingerprint", the application still asks for PIN on longin, not fingerprint. When signing documents fingerprints works. UI seems OK, could be better optimised for one handed use and dark theme is a must nowadays. Little fixes can make the application worthy of 5 star rating.
It reaches the step of scanning the ID and then "Server communication error". I tried restarting the phone, checked my internet connection with no success. Also, every time it fails, it asks to scan the ID again. Can't it just take the pictures once and then just retry the connection (which btw fails for unknown reason)?

The very definition of inconvenience. Identification is impossible. I tried a thousand times on two devices. No support. Total waste of time. Please don't answer that you're "working hard to make my daily digital life seamless", because that would be an obvious lie. I'd give it zero stars if it were an option.
I am giving 4/5 because the app is functional and relatively easy to use. There is a small issue with barely visible text it buttons though. For example when choosing to identify via a selfie or with a call to an operator, the text in the buttons is almost invisible.
Really bad app, can't really recommend it. First you spend over 30min to try to scan you I'd, then god forbid you forget you pin, you are unable to change it. You contact support, they verify you with call, ID and email and still don't change it, but instead delete your account, leading to loss of lots of documents.
After scanning the document with the camera, which was hard enough to begin with as it keeps failing, Im asked to hold my phone next to the document. We don't have IDs with chips and thus this step is impossible to go through. The little I've seen from the app's UI looks like a Windows 95 app... Evrotrust is just another software pseudo-development company that's intended to funnel government money
Useless app it seems! I was prompted to use it by my bank so they can resolve a problem for me from abroad, but after all the scanning of either ID or passport it keeps saying I'm registered already, when I haven't even heard of this app before!!! I even tried uninstalling and installing again. The banking problem is serious and now without the use of this app I cannot be assisted and have to wait for months until I travel to my country!!!
Very useful app. Thanks to it, I haven't had to spend time waiting in banks for at least 3 years now. I get the contract, I read it in my own time to make sure I don't skip anything important and I sign it easily. The initial registration is a bit tedious and the facial confirmation doesn't work all that well. But once you manage to get past that - it's a really useful app.
