I had very bad experience with ewallet .its been 15days or more money still could not able to trace out where it went. They had stupid system don't display account number and country currency once transaction sent . If you chat or talk to them for details they will take 5working days to small clarification also. Unprofessional way of dealing with money transaction. Exchange centres are much better .we get paper or some evidence after transaction My advise not to prefer when u have plenty
This has been the worst support even provided. After updating their application, I have started facing issue I raised ticket 52702449, more than 10 days. Every time I called, they said that someone will call you. Support team does not have any basic skills to investigate the issue. Sometimes they said issue in the IBAN, sometimes asks me to delete application. I suggest avoid using this application and use other competitors application. If you face issue you can raise it to central bank .
Thes app not working after forget password not coming OTP in register email the sestem orer if call to help number not send It's been 10 days since I've been trying to make a call and he's told me to change my password. Send OTP but he says in your email we will send OTP 10 days
The developer have no idea.... St*p*d actually.... if the consumer want to register. They can send email or other type to verify and activate the account. What a total waste of time.
Now it's almost 3 months . I try to register. But i can't able to register. And alao so many people facing same issue. But they did not solve. This app management is in very deep sleep. So they can't evem see this complians and resolve them.
Nice application, but need to some important upgrades.. Not mentioning the sender name when we trsafer the money to local Bank, they mentioning only the mobile number, its confusing Beneficiary person. and didn't refund the money when our transaction not successful... otherwise nice application.. me giving 5 star
The app was always notifying errors though all procedure had been followed. I will rate stars if the money transferred to this wallet will be reflected within 24 hrs. Good luck eWallet.
It can't update your information online once your EID expired. Even in etisalat service center can't update and you need to to other agents. Poor services.
I cannot access notifications also payments are not updating. EWP-403 error when try to open my profile. This is annoying.
Easy to use and good exchange rates while sending money to india
I tried to register my face more than 5 times. I did what system says. Very difficult to complete the registration process.
Dear Team eWalletAE, This app is one of its kind...i mean TOP CLASS. I would love to rate it 5 stars if there wasn't a TOP UP NOTIFICATION all the time. I toped up many times but that notification is still there. Please fix this bug.
It's a great initiative by Etisalat for money transfer and payment online. It's international remittance facility is superb. I am able to transfer money instantly to my home, they are giving cash back for every transaction and forex rate is best in the market. I referred ewallet to my colleagues they too started using for international remittance and they are happy too. But only problem with them is registration at FIRST time but once u registered properly then u can use app flawlessly. Thanks
Pathetic app... so much trouble while siging up.... the AI for ID and Face scanning is pathetic... tried multiple times but no fruitful result

Broken. The UAEPG page displays an error and the amount gets deducted. AVOID THIS APP, IT WILL EAT YOUR MONEY!!
I think developers didn't see the app practically before launching. Being a developer stand in the user foot take medium range phone and try to scan the E-ID. First of all the box which design to fit the E-ID, it self cover with huge font of (Cancel) Button. We can't see the where is the bottom of the box. How can the ID will fit into it? Not user friendly at all. Remember users giving permission to this app to use their personal camera which is risky for the privacy. So stnd on thr trust. 🙏
It is a good and easy option to handle your cash rather than your bank account. A very quick transfer to home country with AED 20 cash back for 5 transactions a month. Cash addition can be done very easily through Kiosks which are available in all places but transfer through bank account is very tough. This can be used for easy mobile recharge and bill payment, purchase etc.. without any service charges and sometimes cash back also. loved it.
Honestly whats the use of this app, it doesn't even scan it properly, after scanning it gives wrong information and the only way to re enter correct info is by scanning again, which gives the same error. Honestly it should just give us a way to change info if it capture wrong info by typing, not by scanning. Edit : i have already messaged yo support email and have gotten no reply so far
The app doesn't resize to fit my screen. The buttons are huge and when a large message box contains a lot of text (such as the 'allow camera to take a selfie') message, I only see the left half of it and the other half doesn't fit inside the screen
I wasn't able to register because after the ID was scanned, it says "sorry there is no space available". I have enough space on my phone though. Not sure what's wrong. If you could fix this, I'd be happy to use the app and rate again basing on experience.
Not supportable service App is very bad Need to have option to delete account or reset account and it doesn't connect even after I put my pin and everything just keeps saying try again. Very disappointed. Expected better. Called customer service they are saying keep trying. Not helpful.
Terrible and frustrating app... The registration process is just funny. I got to record a selfie part and positioned and adjusted my face as instructed, still didn't record selfie. Been on this for 2 days now and I thought I should read reviews, then I saw so many frustrating bug reviews on the app. I guess you are not ready for ewallet.
Worst app. I would not recommend any one to download. It is not being register. Taking too much time for Scanning EID. Better to upload front and back photo or capture EID details manually instead of scanning. There is so many good ewallet app better than this. Sorry not a good a
First off, the app made me register a number of times before being able to login. I would complete the registration, then try to login, and the spp would ask me to register again. After I finally succeeded, I added some money to the app from a kiosk, but the money was not credited to my account even after 4 hours. So I tried to call the help line, but got an "all our agents are busy" message continuously for 15 minutes. Then write to the support email, but no response so far. Thumbs down
Too many permissions to run the app. For example after providing all the details, still the application refusing to run without given them face picture from front camera. This is not good. (UNINSTALLED). I suggest to stop forcing to collect personal picture from front camera because you already got EID with full details. Also I suggest to provide Tap and Pay facility in the application. Thanks
It's a must have App as it allows me to conduct Mobile transfers very easily. There is rarely a glitch in the systems as everything goes on smoothly. They have also exceptional Customer service who will help you every step of the way Incase you have any issue or enquiry.
