EWC

App works intermittently. Today, there's a spinning circle and I can't use the app. Tried closing and reopening as well as deleting and reinstalling. "Developer contact" just sends you to the front desk e-mail. Some days I can use the app to book and reschedule reservations.

Update: they finally realized the updated version. No problems since then. This app used to be so useful for changing appointments and viewing packages and points. After an EWC system update, it hasn't been working for months and the only thing you can do now is see a specific wax specialist's availability. I hope they fix this app. I haven't even been able to login into the website either.

Unable to use the entire app completely! Doesn't load at all. I just get a spinning loading circle with no progression at all. Their website is just as useless. Barely able to log in. However, unable to schedule an appt. Just keep getting an error message saying unable to select time slot or unable to make reservation, or time slot unable to be reserved. It's all trash. I bought wax passes specify for this place and now I can't even use them. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still useless.

The app never works when I need it to. It keeps loading forever even after I clear the cache & storage. I even uninstalled & installed it again but it's still such a hassle to get to work.

Unusable. Just keep getting the spinning circle and can't progress at all.

The app is completely useless. Can't even book an appointment through it because it won't load anything. EWC technology and web services have always been horrendous and it does not surprise me the app is the same.

This app doesnt interact well with the keyboard - for example when entering your login, you have to minimize the keyboard to get to the password entry blank. Making a reservation was also strangely difficult. Several times I got an error that the system couldn't book my selected time and I should try another, but without explaining the parameters of how to find an available one. It took me 3 tries to successfully schedule. Faster just to make a phone call.

Overall the app is great. Sometimes it's hard to add services to an already booked appointment slot, itll act like the slot isn't available unless I call. My biggest problem was when the salon cancelled my appointment due to a snowstorm they didn't cancel it in the app so I showed up only to find the store closed. I also wish you could do more with your points on the app. Like if you could choose to add them towards services or products you know you want to buy while in the app.

The app doesn't allow you to do much of anything other than make an appointment, which you can't even change if needed, it doesn't let you check in when you get to the salon, it's basically a waste of space in my phone. Im getter off either cling and talking to someone or going online. With how much clients spend in services the app should be extremely user friendly and informational. Im deleting the app and from now on just using online or calling. Wish there would be an update.

When I initially got the app earlier this year, it was nice to check my appointments, but otherwise it did not really do much for me since I book at the center. Since the recent update though all I'm having is trouble. From initially not being able to sign in, to my appointments not showing up, and having a hard time getting anything to load. Overall I'm not even sure why there is an app, as it's not really adding anything to the waxing experience.

This app doesn't show my appointments like it should, or my points/passes. Supposedly there were some issues integrating a new system with the app, but it has been months now that this app is useless to me. Edit: There is no error to screenshot. The information is simply not there. I know I have an appointment but it doesn't show in the app. I also know I have points but they do not show. It used to work before whatever update caused the issue, but it hasn't since.

The update is terrible. The link to schedule appointments opens the browser, defeating the purpose of the app. I have nothing showing in my upcoming appointments, my wax pass, points aren't showing, as if it doesn't even recognize my log in. If it's not broken don't fix it. There is no benefit or convenience to use the app now. And before you respond saying email us, how about just fixing the issue across the board, as you are being inundated with like complaints, so this isn't a small issue.

The app worked until a few months ago. It won't open. Just a loading screen. Pretty frustrating. Great when it works but I haven't been able to use it for awhile. Normally with as many complaints as I see here, the company works quickly to fix the bugs. I haven't noticed any updates at all.. Unfortunate.

It's convenient, but would be nice if it gave you the option to cancel appointment's not just reschedule them... Makes it difficult when you have multiple services that you would from time to time wish to book on the same day and the app won't allow you to do so unless you reschedule one of them to a different date and then go back and rearrange your bookings.

The app used to let you change your appointment but it hasn't been working for months. That was my favorite feature. This doesn't seem to be a difficult fix but its literally been months like this. EWC keeps responding that they will "take a look" at people's issues...please respond more real than that! You all know this has been an issue!

I wasn't able to book an appointment on the website so I thought I'd try the app. While it looks better, its plagued by the same issues. It's incredibly slow, and the list of waxers will not load. I can't make a reservation at all as a result. If I didn't have so many remaining passes, I might be looking into a new company. ☹️

The update to this app is terrible. They added some new features that could be great. Looks like rebooking might be easier. However visually it looks terrible. It's hard to navigate and I have absolutely no idea the status of my wax passes now because that part of the app is the most terrible part of the update.

App was great until this latest update. Now the app is extraordinarily slow and when it finally gets to the services screen it says Face/Body with no services listed. If by chance services do show and I get to the calendar no times show up under the available days. So... I would say this update didn't fix the bugs, it created all new ones! Very disappointed. I only gave 3 stars instead of 1 because I know it will get fixed. Eventually.

This app is useless and stupid. The only reason to have it is to schedule or change reservations but 90 percent of the time IT DOESN'T WORK. there's always the same stupid error message whenever you try to modify your reservation. Either fix the app and make it more useful or get rid of it, it's f****** pointless (and frustrating)

This app has been significaly improved since when it was first released however, it wont even move passed the welcome screen and when does it does everytime i click on something i get the loading circle for at least 10 minutes. You cant do anything on this app. book, change, cancel appointments. ive been forced to call for an appointment everytime & it results in losing out on extra reward points.

It updated, now it won't load keeps saying center ID error. 😒

This used to be a great app, now it is useless. No info on my wax pass, cannot book anything, cannot even find my wax center. From all of the other reviews, this is a widespread problem, instead of asking everyone to contact the guest services email, it would be better if you just fix the app.
