Ok but kinda needs a lot of improvement. 1. I hope scenes would get embedded with the scheduler 2. I hope this would integrate well with google home esp. the scenes 3. Timer turns off after I use the remote control

Setup is surprisingly easy, but I don't understand at all why it asks for photo permission. No camera scanned barcodes or anything were used.

The password isn't allowed to contain special characters... Wow, this was valid in the last century. The remember password feature doesn't work.

The app was Ok wile it worked, various more options than the physical remote provides. The real problem starts when the router or wi-fi gets reset or the house internet is lost (outage), the app stop seen the A/C's programed in the App. Both A/C's have to be re-added to the app every time..

The automation always reset, can't even recover my previous account,so I have to create a new account agai. Just to use this app.

Hello. i have been using the app since 6 months without problems. Suddenly i got a network timout problem and i tried to add the device again. After i did so successfully, i got a New Device Found icon instead of the device and it does nothing when i click on it. I attach a print screen. at the same time, the app works perfectly on my wife's phone. please help me

App frequently signs you out so you are always having to re-enter username/pw. Sometimes it just loses your AC and you have to re-register it from scratch. Timers cant be set weekly, so you have to re-enable the timer every single week. Nothing smart about this app.

Add the timer functionality so we can set the ac to turn off and on at specified hours, like before. Now I also can't see the page that shows me the ac functionalities and buttons that allow me to manage the device with my smartphone.ll

Great app! Easy to pair with the units, used it for different brands and it's really user friendly.

It simply doesn't work. After several times trying to reset AC wifi, it did not even recognize home wifi, which works flawlessly with any other app.

Very nice app. Still packing done basic features like schedule. But very nice overall

There is a need to be able to link to Google assistant or other home automation software. Also app is a little outdated. In need of new features.

After latest update when I select AC from list, i got black page instead of options of the AC. I can only turn on/off

Easy to use, more options than on my remote and more speeds.

Since last update app works much better, however it still has looong way to go. Best thing is google home integration, second - timers. You can add scheduled timers and they dont disappeared as in previous versions. However, if you set schedule and then turn on device by remote, it will cancel your schedule. Please fix this and it will be decent experience.

It was working fine but last week the google assistant link broke. The device seems offline to Google Home. The app is still working. Please fix the Google Assistant link. Tried to reconnect but no fix.

Update: got a new phone, forgot password. Tried to reset the password but the mail won't come. At this point I am seriously considering replacing the whole AC, cause this is just so bad. Absolute disaster. Great way to devalue your product. Apps is slow. Sometimes you just get only white screen. Other time you try to turn on the AC and it just does nothing. UI is horrible. Just partner with some third party app that does it right, cause this app is not cutting it.

First I wasn't able to complete setup and I gave up. After a few months decided to try again and was able to complete setup and control de a/c for about a week. Now I only get network error no matter what I do. The UI is not the best as well since it isn't clear how to change settings and you are bound to change unwanted settings as well since it is based on scrolling. If I could return the a/c I would since there is basically nothing smart about this app.

I really can't begin to express how much frustration this app has caused me. It's so ridiculously hard to pair my AC that I have given up at this point. If you try at least 380 times to pair your AC then it may register but the setup will disappear completely in about a month and you got to set it up again with no guarantee that it may work. It doesnt work with google home which I find stupid. The controls are great and really useful but since I cant use them a 1 🌟 rating is all I can give.

Very slow and unstable app.. A lot of times it's shows that the ac is not online while the rest of the devices that are connected to the wifi works fine (including the phone that I'm running the app on).. and every time that I trying to connect to the ac it's take around 1 minute.... Just to change temperature or anything... There is ONE good thing: the controler UI itself is very good and functional (It's hell to get to him, but he himself is really cool).

Stop asking me to update every second!!! :@ I want to use it, not play the update game all the time! I want the update option to be inside some menu, NOT in the first on your face screen! Sometimes it doesn't see the ac units, so it doesn't accept commands. Doesn't work on lan. Why? ACs connect through router, it should work. The app should store data locally, AND remotely, so it would work on lan. Doesn't save the password on some cloud service, like Google. Needs a web page interface.

Very poor app. Not reliable. App "forgets" a/c's after a few days and then they must be reconnected. When trying to connect an a/c, it takes several attempts until the app recognizes it. Furthermore, the app gets completely confused if you connect more than one a/c to it. Stay away from this app if you can until they get the bugs out. One more serious issue - no Google Home integration, which makes it a stupid app instead of a smart one

Nightmare to connect, unclear features, badly translated. Just use the remote! Unauthorised update to useless version. Rolled back to older version from mirror site which at least works. After the most recent update I suddenly get stupid error messages like 'app stop' and 'network is not right' and I can't seem to sign in. I've now deleted the app. I give up and I'll make do with the remote.

Very good app and super useful. I rated 4 out of 5 because of two small things i believe can be improved. Frist, the app takes long to connect with my AC unit and i have to stay refreshing multiple times. Second, the AC Fan Control swiping function most of the times doesn't function correctly and i have to stay adjusting the fan speed of my AC multiple times. If the fan options were simple buttons it would be easier and faster to set.

This app is a nightmare. I need to force close the application 3 times to check if all my changes went through to my AC unit. No feedback if settings applied or anything. You may think the AC is on because it shows so in the app but in reality nothing happened and you will find yourself in a hot apartment. Also the app keeps me signing out every month or so and I can't sign in again. I need to register again. As if my account was deleted. Developed by a group of incompetent monkeys.

Edit: In last months has become quite unreliable with NETWORK ERRORS - so now have to have the remote control devices available - very annoying. --------------------- I was amazed that the setup worked so easily with my 3 new Braemar/Gree air conditioners that have WiFi built in. The App is easy to use and has good functionality. I consider the Scene feature could be useful, however: a) After editing the unit settings and saving, the units are always Off, cannot set them to on - so the Scene feature is rendered useless. b) I cannot select a Scene for deletion. I have not tested the Family feature which would be necessary in a multi person household. I am sufficiently impressed with the setup that I have removed the batteries from the remotes and packed them away.

Just like others here, got the Braemar ultimate spilt aircon with wifi built in. Of course the only way to connect is with this stupid app which won't connect at all. I have everything else in my house connected to wifi and smart controls, no problems. This is the only app / hardware combo that won't work. Also why no Google functionality? What a piece of garbage.

It took some time to set it up correctly, mostly due to being able to register in different areas in the world but when opening Google Home it requires your user to be in Europe (tried Middle East at start). Now it works in its own app BUT Google Home is not able to get the list of devices from it, only shows me it connected correctly, no idea...

At first it work just fine, but one day decide that it wouldn't work anymore and since I try every troubleshooting and resetting the AC unit and nothing still doesn't work, update, they fix the app and it work great for awhile but now the same thing happening again it won't connect I check everything and it won't find the wifi really? I change the bandwidth and still nothing this is the most unreliable app ever!!!
