The Exact Synergy Android app is free for users of Exact Synergy and Exact Synergy Enterprise.
Features:
- Access to your workflow.
- Manage your own schedule and view schedules of colleagues.
- View, process, create or edit requests.
- Access client information and communications. Directly call or email them or plan your route.
- Access basic colleague information and directly call or email them or check their agenda's.
- Book your expense claim by making a picture of your receipt. The expenses can be booked on a project or account.
- Request time off.

The app is okay, but I can't call coworkers or other people from within the app. I compared my app to the apps of my coworkers, and while they all have an option to call someone (from coworkers/colleagues menu), I don't. 1 other coworker also doesn't have this option. We all have android 11. Any way this could be fixed somehow?
Hello. I got connection error. The ESE works via browser, but not able to make it work with this app. I opened support case, but didn't help yet . I would like to make it work , but don't know how. Robert
Not working, cannot seems to connect to server Edit: apparently I needed to add something to the url, it's working now
Version 4.0 crashes frequently running Android 8.1.
Synergy seems be untested again...both the app here and trying to access via a browser. Crashes upon opening and, via webpage, shows a blank page. I've used many other ERP tools without so many issues
Crashes at startup with brand new nougat phone. Tried removing app and reinstalling but no luck.
Used to work okay, but does not seem to be compatible with Nougat
Getting Connection Error using Nougat, works on Lollipop.
Everytime I want to.connect it gives me.a connection error...
Scheduler could be more user friendly.

Nice improvements, but still need state visible on the account card. Not a viable crm tool in the US without something so basic.
Nice to have to lookup accounts, people, etc in Synergy. Specialy expence claim tool could be a great tool if it would have focus from Exact to be as good as competing apps in expence claim administration.
Limited functionality, and please include changes when releasing new version!

Extremely disappointing. Can't even log in, but there isn't an option to request for support from the app directly. Responsiveness is pretty bad, and whenever I changed the log in URL I had to restart the app because the Continue button won't even respond. Some request like Sick Leave is also not working (getting null object reference error), and when trying to attach a document to a leave request it only provides options to attach existing synergy documents. I'd give this zero star, really.
