You still have bugs in your system that needs to be resolved digits of 0 and 2 cannot be implemented as a passcode please fix ASAP.
I have a Galaxy Note 8 and now the Time Card section does not work at all! It used to give me issues on refreshing, but now nothing is there! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged out and then back in, restarted my phone and nothing is working. This needs to be fixed! When it did work sometime showed my hours as double punches.
Had similar issues as others here. Double time on time card and now no time cards. Reading back on reviews this has been a problem going on over two months. How is this not fixed? Terrible. I've tried Un-installing and re-installing too. Other then that it's out of my hands. App has been broken for months. Anyone working on this?
This App has worked great ever since our boss switched. Some minor hiccups now and then but overall works great. The ONLY thing I can think of that would make this app top of the line is to have a feature where you can see how many hours you've been clocked in for that pay period, that would be so convenient
App has stopped syncing not long after the update. Suggests it's the internet connection, but that's false. Reinstall doesn't fix the issue. Essentially the app has become useless, as it can no longer be used to send clock-in/out times to the office.
App is useful but needs a better search ability. Would like to be able to search comments. Using app in Machine Shop, and boat building facility setting. Receptionists would know what needs to be done so technician need the ability to search comments. Procedure to clock in is, select machine shop then general task, machining. No info to link to specific job at this point, so we enter the job # in the comments. Desperately need the ability to search comments. When searching app crashes. Pixel 4a
This app has serious problems with updating. Punches take a long time to update, syncing a mobile device is inconsistent at best and sometimes takes days to show up. Can't add notes from a mobile device. I would not recommend this app.
I previously rated this a 1 star based on a few years and frustrations with some of the features or lack of. I'm changing to a 4 based on the quick response and awesome customer service even when a ridgid and to the point email was sent by me. They went through and addressed all my concerns and had info a link to a step by step tutorial. And the response I received was less than 12 hrs. I gotta say I havent had that kind of customer service in a while. So thanks for sending my ideas to your team
My experience was very good with this app but has declined. Recently when trying to punch in, the app gets locked in to "receiving" for 10 sometimes more minutes. Because of this I end up punching in late by a few minutes. Company policy is a minute late is 15. The app being stuck in receiving is costing me money. A time clock that can't be punched in to on time is no good at all. If this was fixed my opinion would improve immensely.
Since the latest update the time card tab does not function at all. "There was a problem, try again". For an app that does so little and is a necessity for so many it really is poorly maintained. Shame on the developers,
Big on sales, not so great on customer service.Complaints of dropped sign in times by E'ees have been met with denials and excuses.Be cautious - they are quick to take full 1 year contracts but NO refunds once you find all the problems. We tried it with 1 employee over 2 months & the frustration was not worth the $$ we paid and lost.Not a reliable time card - concept sounds good but in practice it needs a LOT of software updating - this is 2021 not 1995 Exaktime, you can do better.
It's a good app but has some issues. I tried to clock in this morning but it wouldn't let me. It kept saying "make sure your time is correct" even though my time is actually correct. I have my phone on automatic time zone and it's always showing the correct time. Is there anything I can do on my end? My phone and app are up to date, and I've re-started my phone twice.
does not show hours worked, so if you don't go in and sit down and actually do the math you have no clue as to how many hours you worked. this NEEDS to be addressed. who cares if there is a splash of color. fix the damn app and allow us to see our hours worked. don't even know if your getting shitted out hours or not. as for syncing, it will only sync if I'm on wifi. so when your out and about you can't sync. FIX THIS APP
Nothing but problems for the past 2 weeks. Its locked on the privacy policy screen and you can't scroll down to read and except. uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still locked up on privacy policy screen and because of it my check is short like 30 hours! This is B***S***!! Exaktime needs to get on the ball and fix this S***!
Time card wasn't working. I was able to resolve the problem by clearing the apps cache and data in my storage settings, deleting the app, restarting the device then reinstalling. Works fine now.
App needs work. Freezes alot when you try to clock in or out
Worked great at 1st but now the time clock function does not work on Andriod phones/Tablets but works fine on Apple phones. It's been several months and I had hoped for a a fix or something but it seems like nothing is going to happen
Slow to respond, requires alot of data to work properly. Unless you work in a building with high wireless bandwidth its is more annoying than useful
Doesn't show the time. Bad update. It stopped working after updating. Bad service. Over 6 months it is still doesn't work and support is horrible. Stay away from this app.
For some reason the app cuts off my data connection when I try to clock in or out. This is a problem that should be resolved among the other issues in the reviews.
