If you have trouble scanning the paper, you can send the last picture taken to us from the upload menu. We will analysis the paper and return to you ASAP.

i paid the subscription but it doesn't check accurately. I have to scan many times before it gets everything right. Everytime i repeat the scanning, it eats up my numbers of exams to be scanned. It gets frequent errors that there is a problem with the picture. if only you can fix the accuracy problem and the errors, i think it will be a helpful app for teachers like me. It is cheaper but not very reliable

The classic paper can have only 170 questions. Definitely a mins point for an otherwise good software. It should be at least 200.
Does not work at all. Checked it under different light, using pen/pencil, it simply does not recognize the marks.

About the paid version, I bought on of Exam Reader service called :"Unlimited cloud+mobile usage for 2 months" under my Exam Reader account, on Apple App Store, to use Exam Reader app on my Ipad. Under Google Play Store, I need to buy the same service under my same Exam Reader account. This is ridiculous. The service that I bought is per service, not under per App Store. About the mechanism, it's also ridiculous if the answers need to be filled in using pencils. Because it would reflecting lights when we scanned it under good light conditions. About the app performance, it's very difficult to get accurate result by only using one time scan. You need to do it 5 times more with no guarantee about any accuracy, especially after more than 5-10 results scanned. I used it with Ipad Pro 9" and MI 5, the performance on MI 5 (Snapdragon 820 processor) took three time longer at least, compared to the IOS app I used on my Ipad, both with the same inaccurate result. This is a great app, but need further tests on devices and need a lot of perfection. Please return my money because I would not use this app on both of my devices above in this two months, for this kind of performance.
It is able to read a 20 question sheet but not able to read for more than 30 questions. I tried for 20 and 30 and it worked fine but after that , it does not read it's own sheet. Please help me regarding this issue
It does not recognise even its own downloaded answer sheet
I like the app. But please fix these; 1. The processing time gets roo long after i scanned more than 10 sheets. It bothered me a lot. I need this app to save me time. 2. Please provide me a kind of tools or space where i can save my student's database both on line or offline. Respond please. Over all, i like this app and i plan to use it for a long time.

The app description says you can "use your own papers," but that's misleading since the in-app dialogs notified me that I have to use answer sheets generated within the app itself. I was hoping to use this with some bubble sheets I already had... It looks great for anything you create within the app, though; keying in the answer sheet was quick and easy. It's just too bad I can't use this app for what I thought I could...
