Invalid credentials when same password works on website. Sad as it could be very useful.
Can not login with the correct user name and pw. System needs fixing for continuity of work and business 😒

I've installed the app twice on my Galaxy S4 and both times all I get is an error message saying Exam O e has stopped. I was really hopeful about having this as another tool to successfully run my business, but am greatly disappointed. ..sigh.
Android Phone - Invalid Credentials is due to password needing to be reset. Request a password reset if you have desktop version.
App doesn't work, unable to login with same user name and password that works on the website.

I have a s5 active and downloaded app this week. When I try to open up this app it just shuts down automatically and doesn't open
Two years later I hoped they would fix the invalid credentials.... but they haven't
After reading the reviews, I had hoped that quest would have addressed the issue. Well, they haven't. Same issue, invalid credentials. Have y'all complained to quest? My call will be tomorrow.

Useless app, yet E1 keeps promoting it. Perhaps they should read the reviews here. They seem to be awfully proud of an app few can use and have abandoned since it's release.
Cannot log in, like the other reviewers, it says my credentials are invalid.
