Videos will not rotate. Rotate your phone to landscape so you can see them and they stay as they were. This means you can't read anything unless you're using a tablet. There are no options to change this as all options are the same ones you get on the website (Profile and account options. Not app options). Due to this, it's unusable as all our training is via video. If you can fix that, you would get a much better review. People complaining that you can't press 'continue' when first installing are idiots that can't follow simple instructions. You enter your company info, ffs.
Open after install in The Play Store page takes you to a frozen page which shows a url and a "continue" button that is not intiating any action when you touch the screen. I am required by my employer to use this app. Can this problem be resolved?
There used to be a print button for users to print their certificates. Now it's not visible unless I'm using a Chrome Browser. Sorry. That is not freedom of choice.
I encountered the same results as previous reviewers. I could not get past the first page. The 'Continue' icon was totally unresponsive.
I could not complete or proceed to finish as it hangs up at many of quiz or time to evaluate situation. Contents may be relevant.
White screen. I enter the sub domain and hit next or continue and screen goes white and keyboard comes up. Nothing loads. No help features in app.
This app is useless, I was told I needed it for work and educational modules required for work, it will not load at all. 100% waste of time and resources. If I could rate zero stars I would.
App works fine. To those saying they are stuck at the continue button, you need the address of your company and type it in in the subdomain area. My company supplied me this information and everything loaded just fine.
It's missing the search option since the last two updates. I updated today as well thinking it's fixed, but it's still missing from the App.
On the first screen there's a "continue" option. When I click it nothing happens. Can't get past 1st screen. No good !

Been trying to do training for three days now looks like they've been having problems for laundromats can't get past the login screen it says there seems to be a problem or something like that and we're working on fixing it
Unusable because you cannot progress beyond the set subdomain screen. All entries are deemed invalid incorrectly.
I tried to install it 5 or 6 times however it didn't do anything at all so just uninstalled it again. This app is worthless and unusable.

Problem it says some type of error and consists to continue something about subdomain that is fixed quick because I need it for work
You have to type in the domain name for your training site to get past the opening screen. It's smooth sailing from there.

This app is very useful to me. Instead of using the company laptop for doing our monthly exams required by our job, i do it on my own phone while at work. I don't have to fall in line on the laptop every month. Easy and convenient.
