Updates are to fix issues. But looks like ess updates are for application to get launch in phones. After updating an app with latest version, unable to open the app.
Does not even open, i am stuck on login image, is there any app in function or there it only shows image ? At office the site is down, HR have no data, how to deal with all that. Please fix it.

Keeps saying "Update alert" A newer version of app is available, update to continue. But on Google Playstore already updated the latest version. Tried uninstall and reinstall. Even restarted phone. Switched to mobile Dara and wifi. Stupid app keeps crashing with this error message. Poor user experience. At least provide an option to skip update and use existing version!
Cannot open the app after update
Worst app I have seen ever. Not allowed to login , not allowed to reset the password and not to sign-up as well. It was working fine till two weeks back and suddenly its stop working , I have connected with Excleity ESS team via email to reset or assist for login into the ESS app but they guiding me to reset pin / password for ESS portal inspite of providing them the snapshot no luck. I haven't received any update yet from the mail id you guys have provided from last 15 days...
Excelity calculated wrong tax at the time of investment declaration for new regime. After submitting and when the window got disabled they recalculated it an increased the liability by 27000. Which is horrible. Now nobody is responding from Excelity for there huge mistake. Their wrong data has resulted in a loss to me. These people cannot be trusted at all.
Takes hell lot of a time to login and after that it says session expired. Crashes abruptly. I was never able to see any information...coz i was never able to login. Please note that there is no bug in this app, but this app is itself a bug. Do i have an option to rate in negative stars?
It never allows me to login. Even with the password created using HR Workways. Tried resetting the password but even if the combination is qualified it says combination is invalid. Tried all kinda combination for the password. Cannot even connect your chat support it never works.
Excellent app, I would give 5 stars if more features are added. Existing feaures are great. Urgently need frequently used features... 1. Form 16 download 2. 10-20 sec slowness in app between navigation ..please do performance enhancements to bring it upto industry standard of <3 sec 3. Proof submisson status
Our previous service provider was allowing us to update investment proof in Jan, Feb and March with very easy and user friendly process. Excelity ess is only allowing once in Jan with Very unfriendly, complicated process. You can't update, correct, resubmit investment proofs once submitted. Suffering with their service and also customer care service is too much irritating and time consuming. very bad service. Not even able to signup on app.
I tried login in this app with the same credentials which I am using in web browser but it is saying Invalid credentials. This has been already reported by so many users but it seems no one is working on it. I think they have only created the login page in app and other pages are still not created that is why people are facing such issue.

no option for easy login, everytime long user name and password need to be entered, to get limited data access, if same provided on mobile browser u can get access to full site. update for the application is too often, you have to update app everytime u login. couldn't find any difference with these updates.
My app says it's disabled, but the concern team is not responded and also web is not working last few days..
I have not seen my details after log in app all screen showing mt.
Application have minimal set of options. Also the payslip section is taking very long time load(sometimes not even loading). Overall I am dissatisfied with the application performance.
"Unable to access server" when trying to login. This error is coming from long back and yet it is not resolved. When login is not allowed, then I think the app is useless from using. Please fix the issue ASAP.

Not able to login neither through credentials nor with the fingerprint. Saying invalid username / password. It was working fine few days back but all of sudden it's stopped working. Forget password neither working fine. Please resolve the issue at earliest.
