App is always with a error

where i get this driver app

App is acting up.

Used the app and the driver never showed up. The little ar on the map started spinning in circles. I called the base and a driver was there within 1 minute. He told me that the app is awful. Don't bother if you have somewhere to get to with some urgency, like an airport! I will still use the car service. I never have problems with Excellent.

Cant use a bank card for payment?????!!!!!

I love how every time i need a cab, they arrive in 1-2min which is amazing

They ask for personal information that is not pertinent for a car service to ask

The service was great. My driver car #13 had great sense of humor and knew his way. He took the route that was closes to me and I was home in 15mins. Thank you, totally awesome!

Used to be a great app with great service. App no longer opens on my phone. Please fix it.

I use it at least 6 times per week. My go to car service in the Bronx and Manhattan.

The updated is great more options can use my credit card.

I used this app numerous times and everytime the driver that was assigned picked up a random person who hailed them down on the street. The app works fine but the drivers are very unprofessional for doing that. Deleting this app and never using excellent again.

What a piece of garbage! They never showed up. Dispatcher lied and told me someone was there and they were not! Missed my flight and spent the whole day on standby. Do not use these crooks!

It really works ,the only time I was unable to get a cab was when I was downtown around rush hour...but other than that its been rock solid, better than calling!

I always use them an never haave to wait more then 3min for a car. Love it. An its cold now.

The service never works properly and the app takes over 5 minutes to find a driver.

Not going to update since it suddenly requires access to my photos and files on my phone. Was great before...
