Let's me login however nothing loads & when I try to click on anything it immediately closes out. I've tried uninstalling/re installing & resetting my phone to no avail. For such a large insurance provider this is Extremely frustrating & highly unprofessional.

Installed, app wouldn't even open the home screen. Had to answer "not sure" to all of the "tell us more" questions because the app just crashes when I try to do anything. It's a darn shame... Galaxy A71, Android 12.

Every time I try to view my claims information, the app crashes. This happened on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and it is happening on the Note 9 too. This means the app is basically useless to me. I tried to email the developer about it, but got back a delivery failure notice, because apparently the email address given on this page does not exist!

Can't even access anything it just says "operation can not be completed please try again" as well as on the website as well. Whole platform is complete junk.

So frustrating, app doesn't load completely. Have made 2 payments but can only view 1. Doesn't refresh "try again later"

Since last update start tk log in, app just keeps trying to load or crashes when trying to access claims. Tried reinstall with no improvement.

Cannot log into the app. Credentials work in website but not in app. This is beyond ridiculous. Why even offer the app when there are known issues for several months that have gone unaddressed.

I can not believe how poorly this app works. I repeatedly have to uninstall and reinstall it to get it to recognize my username and password. It's not worth it, best to use the desktop site. In this day and age I'm shocked at the log in problems with this app. I've no other app that has these problems. Excellus should be ashamed to put out an app with such basic problems.

You have a software issue when it comes to allowing a user to use their finger print. It is definitely in the code for the app as i get decrypt string null at the bottom. Based on my knowledge of programming you have something set to nothing that needs to be equal to something to get the fingerprint to work.

Horrible App. and website !! I can never pay my bill online ! I put in my login info. ,User name, password ,not a robot . Then fill in all the other info required and then click next, It takes me back where I started over and over ! The only way I can Pay my monthly bill is to call ! this can take forever sometimes, I dont have the time for this and pay my bill when I DO have time which makes me late every month ! I tell them about this every month, but they apparently don't care. Seriously considering changing providers because of this monthly inconvenience. I wish I could put in LESS THAN 1 STAR !!!

App lets me login, but constantly shows "loading error, tap to retry." I can see generic info for my plan, but can't do anything. I have never successfully gotten past the loading error since I downloaded the app.

Most of the time you can't access claims. It just sits and spins.... they really need to work on this. The point of an app is to be able to have it at your fingertips. Pointless if it never works.

I downloaded the app to be able to access what my costs are, what I am covered for. The on line site gives me the correct information for the plan I am paying for but the app does not. I will leave it on my phone as it may help me find covered care in an out of town emergency and it does give you access to your card without digging through your wallet, but I doubt I will find use for the app.

App just crashes for no apparent reason. Go to log in, enabled fingerprint, disabled it, entering correct login info. Just repeatedly says there was an error accessing my account, and spits me out back to the login screen.

Less than worthless. Never loads medical claims. Just sits and spins.

Don't use much, but as soon as I login, app closes. Reboot, still closes. Uninstalled, still closes. Using Google pixel 3xl, latest Android version.

Everytime I go to log in the app crashes

Dont bother downloading. I was just told about this app when I paid my bill over the phone. I download it and it says my information is wrong. Which I know isnt true since I just got off the phone with excellus.

Crashes constantly. Useless for now. You would think they could afford to make an app that works. Would have given it 0 stars if i could.

Worst app I ever used. Can not get into the app. Constantly having to change my password and still can not get into app.

When I log in it will not let me pay my bill! I can look at everything else regarding my policy but when I choose "pay my bill" it says that I do not have access!!! Useless app!!!

App updated on December 19 - will not open. It immediately closes. I uninstalled with the same result.

app was working perfect but now I cannot even log in on the app. I go to a web browser and have no issues. fix this please

App is absolutely horrible. Doesn't even load the landing page. Absolute garbage.

This is useless! You can see your info but cant pay your bill. Its a one member app so i have to go online anyways to see my kids info and pay the bill. Waste of memory space on my phone!

App keeps crashing !!! I uninstalled and reloaded, tried again. Same thing.

Just a bit less useless that the website, which keeps having buggy updates. The app cannot login to my account.
