IT administrator can enforce mobile security policies through exchange server console such as Alpha-numeric security PIN length, In-activity timeout, Number of failed attempts, Remote data Wipe, and enabling attachments. All the data files for email, contacts, calendar, and tasks are encrypted and they are part of the application’s database without having an option to copy to external drives. The application handles all the SSL certificates including in-house certificates.
Users have multiple synchronization options – Real-time direct push (default), Scheduled Sync, or Manual Sync.
Email features: Latest 100 mails are fetched for viewing, HTML viewer, attachment (word, excel, power point, PDF, etc) viewer integration with Quick Office, server folders and sub-folders, local folders (outbox, sent items, drafts, archives), compose, reply, reply all, smart forward, customized quick messages, search mail, email alerts with filters, and handling meeting invitations.
Contact features: Maximum of 2000 contacts from the default contact folder (at server) can be synchronized to the phone’s contact database, option to save the contacts to native phonebook, add and modify the contacts, search and access contacts from global address list (GAL) by entering minimum of 3 characters (Lotus Notes requires 4 characters), make voice calls or send text or MMS messages from the contact’s phone number, send email messages from the contact’s email address.
Calendar, Tasks features: saves all the calendar events from the past one month, single and recurring events, schedule appointments, add and modify the events, add and modify the tasks, task status, search events, meeting and task reminders, and off-line events.
Time zone is set to phone’s default time. Full Sync, Sync Status, and Out of Office features are supported.

Would not work on my exchange 2003 with non standard port.
I use it read mails. Not effective for much else.
Timezone does not sync with phone. Also some calendar entries does not show up
Don't know how to fully remove this from phone. I thought I had deleted properly but it's still attempting to sync?
It won't work! Crashes each time.
I spent the $20 to purchase the app. It won't connect to my Gmail account. Connects with my outlook account but syncs nothing. Now I'm just out$20.
I tried to retreive my email, It says stopped working...So they said "If you are facing any difficulties in accessing email folder with new upgrades, Please uninstall and reinstall the application from Play Store." If you do, you will have to pay again.
Crashes when trying to view email every time after the new update. It is unusable now. Cancelling right away.
No unified inbox. Limited to three accounts. No Exchange Notes.

I've used this email application for 2 years now. The entire time I was not able to send out any emails with attachments on them and searching for a past email with the search feature was almost impossible. I do not recommend this product. When I brought my problems to their attention I never received any support or help on resolving the issue.
I love to try using this app and be able to sync with my Hotmail account. So when I delete or consider some as junk email, it would not be visible on my computer device. However I can't organize and move email message with these apps for the Hotmail. Also I don't like to make more agreement with the monthly purchase.
The app has a terrible interface that is too small to see, it constantly signs itself out requiring all information to be re-entered, and it doesn't even affiliate itself with the android calendar which is the entire reason that I bought it. Buy Nine, it actually works.
This app is not user friendly. Does not download folders for access. It also does not update correctly once deleting emails.
Phone didnt change, service didnt chsnge, so i cant imagine why it would stop working. Also, when it was working it didnt sync my calender reliably. Hopefully they will issue a refund.
This is the only app i know that know how to sync calender without any issues under havy FW on the exchange , company contacts phones can also be viewed (without downloading them to your storage) for emails though i have seen more user friendly apps, but still this app does its job)
I'd love to try this app out but it crashes immediately upon accepting agreement.
This app is not syncing to my email.I After purchasing the one year agreement it completely stopped syncing. Please fix this. Now I can't even send an email for help through app. I had to send through personal email and have not gotten an answer back.
I think it works pretty good, but having a ton of problems with viewing PDF attachments through the app. Any help would be great! Samsung Note 2

Tried this as I wanted something that would sync all email, not just a maximum of the past month allowed in the Android 4.4.2 default app and in Nine. Installation went very smoothly and it found my exchange account with no problem. On configuring it the limit for syncing old email was again 1 month. Can it be changed? Its a nice interface but with a max of 1 month the stock Android app will do for me.
All I needed it for is to support the Exchange Online Archive. It says it supports 'Archives', but it doesn't support the Exchange Online Archive. Too bad. Uninstalling, cause it doesn't do any additional things compared to the native exchange active account in Android.

Hello Developer , Firstly Your apps is good and thanks. Secondly I am not able to sync my folder mails which is having server based rule for segregation, can you pls help. Third how to sort mail by thread ( IE all mails with common subject together ) . this is very essential for any cooperate mails.
