mobile deposits and ease of use are great. I like you can see instant balances and features I have not seen at other banks. The only thing that I would suggest is to show the interest earned. It is a pain to leave the app to go to the website.
Ive never had any issues in this bank. All employees are super nice and helpful. Easy, user friendly app and online banking is a breeze! Love it!
With the new Android 12 update, the app does not work. Please fix this. I love this app and it's very useful but not being able to even use it now is very frustrating. Please fix!
Just updated to Android 12 and now the app won't open. Tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and still doesn't work. Frustrated because I use it a lot. I have a Google Pixel 5.
Camera for mobile deposit works much better since the last update. Love that I can use my fingerprint reader to log in now. No complaints at all!
The app does banking issues fine. Although Everytime I leave the app it has issues closing and my phone suggests me to force stop the app
I have not been able to use this app for over a month and a half so I have to drive all the way to the bank,I'm not happy at all

App stop working after Two months call bank Support they told me that the app is not compatible with TRACFONE ANDROID SMARTPHONES called TRACFONE Support, they know nothing of this

Best bank in the area! Employees are very helpful. Online banking is easy and user friendly.
New version adds many nice features. The mobile check deposit screen needs the ability to 'touch to focus' the camera when capturing checks. It's hard to get the camera to do the auto focus and get a clear picture. Also the ability to turn on flash.
I wish it would have the option to make deposits via my mobile phone.
New update = new problems. Not all phones can use it now, it will not open, and they (EB tech support) don't seem able/willing to find a way to fix it. Update November 7th. Updated my Android apps, updated The Exchange Bank app. Still doesn't work.
