the app itself is quite outdated but for a first installment does the trick. as for the shop I have never been to a place with better customer service, although the prices have risen over time they have seemed to taper and now sit slightly above the mean. their quality is representive of those prices but ultimately leaves a bit to be desired. I would give 3 stars but service gets a boost to 4.

Great App! Easy to navigate, from their updated menu, contact info to weekly specials. Top shelf meds with a huge selection of Carts, flower, concentrates and edibles. No need to shop anywhere else.

Dropping from 2.5 to 1 star. Wait times are still outrageous, >1hr. Still waiting for the 'order & pickup' feature to work, was supposed to be up a month ago. App seems to be updated daily, but not instantly; the product you want maybe gone by the time you get through the line & to the register. The atmosphere and prices are quite booshwazee. Charging over $130- for 5.5g when I can get a half ounce for less than that on the streets.

I have been a patient of exclusive when they were conosouries. I love this dispensary, the staff are knowledgeable as to what helps best for specific problems. Always friendly, and willing to share a laugh or two. Exclusive is top of the line all the time!! KA

First I'll start by saying this is the Best Provisioner in the State by far , But there is some drawbacks. #1 Promotional Sales are for MEDICAL patients only, No Recreational patient deals. #2 They used to have a Loyalty Program with decent pay-outs at Mid to High level tiers. Now the App has no mention of the Loyalty Program Other than these Drawbacks Products are of exceptional quality and staffed with helpful employees, pricing could be better but everyone says that😁0

This app asks for your full name, an email, and a phone number... that is a lot of information considering this app does nothing and the "deals" that are offered are pretty meh... I don't know why I expected more, but meh the whole app is just pretty meh....

They offer coupons and I drive all the way from Cleveland and the coupons are only good for medical customers. NO WHERE DOES IT STATE THAT!!! It's true, MICHIGAN SUCKS!!!

Excellant. I saw the ad on your app on my way to another dispensary, and the specials pulled me right in. I turned at your exit instead of going down town... very pleased.

Easy to navigate and easy to read menus! Makes ordering online a breeze.

It was a 12 on a scale of one to 10 and going higher. My bud tender was knowledgable and recognized me as a Veteran, which cost me 10% less. REMEMBER TO TIP YOUR BUD TENDER!! I DID. As Arnold would say " I'll Be Back. Lol. Wooohoo.

I wouldn't suggest shopping there. Spent 16$ on an empty box of gummies. No refund all purchases final. Complete rip off

This is the only dispensary I will go to. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful and make you feel at home. Product selection is vast and always of high quality. You always know you're getting the highest quality at fair prices. Love this place.

This app is awesome. Exclusive brands is so good. Beats buying off the street where insane drug addicts can lace your weed. The extra price is worth not having to worry about contaminants. you pay more for quality.
