ExDialer Theme Black Graphite

New theme in high quality for exDialer. Theme is suitable for all screens.
How to apply a theme: Set theme -> Open ExDialer -> Press Menu -> Themes -> Select a theme -> Appearance -> Keyboard size and set the parameters -> (see the last screenshot) width 1.00x Height 1.30x
