Great app, exactly what I was looking for to create intervals for a stationary bike workout. Only suggestions would be, while editing a custom workout, the ability to duplicate an interval so you don't have to manually add the same thing repeatedly and, when editing the time of an interval, to just be able to enter the new time without having to delete the old one. Thanks for making!
Like the simplicity and directness of the app, visual design is also good. Only quip I have is that when I connect a Bluetooth headset and rely on the countdown/voice prompts the volume is very low. Even when not listening to music or anything else I missed 1 or 2 of the audio prompts because of trainer noise. This is with the volume maxed, I guess it doesn't apply to text to speech? A fix would make the app 5 stars for me.
App was easy to load and use. The pre loaded apps provide a range of options - hills, sprints etc. Best is the ability to create your own workouts using the template. although this takes time it was worth the effort. to improve the app, perhaps the facility to reduce background music (I'm using Spotify) when the change-ups are called? overall, great app. Thanks.
Great app! PROS: -Easy to use. -Set resistance and exertion levels for each interval. -No limit to the number of intervals that you can add to a workout. CONS: -No "Repeat" function. Instead of repeating a set "X" times, you have to add it "X" times. -Exertion level is shown as "Light, Moderate, Hard" , etc. Would be nice to see the 1-10 RPE scale for each interval when working out. Overall it is a good training app; definitely recommend.
Quality workout selection (you tap the top of the screen that says beginner and press the green play button next to the workout you want to start, I've seen many negative reviews unable to figure this out). The app is light on the ads, only one ad for ever workout, you could honestly hear more ads over the radio at a normal gym, so I feel like it's more than fair.
Great App! I was searching for a simple app that could provide visual cues for heart rate based workouts on my stationary bike trainer. This app has a simple, clean interface, with all the information displayed in an easy to read format. It uses gender, age, weight and resting heart rate to determine cardio workout zones. The app comes with six pre-loaded workouts, which are challenging enough to start. The best part is the ability to create custom workouts in the app or export one of the existing workouts as a template (csv) for a new workout to import. The app claimed to have ads, but I never encountered one. The app has in-app purchases, which are in the form of donations to the developer. Any donation is said to eliminate ads. Overall, a well written app. The only request I would have is to be able to resize the concentric timer circles. If that could be made smaller, I could better see the target heart rate and RPE when in split-screen mode with Wahoo on my phone.
Great for my purposes, but find the ads annoying. Would happily pay for an ad free version. Also import and export of routines seem broken (used to work). The share button similarly does nothing. Edit September 2021: these features have been broken for ~6 months now, and switching device becomes a pain without them - would not recommend for new users to get locked into this.
It's a well designed app with a good UI. However, there is no way I can change the intervals or adjust them to become harder for me. I am just doing the same workout over and over again. Is there anyway there can be an opition to choose from a multitude of workouts to meet the users' needs?
Looks good. Beginner a bit too hard? Needs to save incomplete sessions! It all counts!! Fit/Strava connectivity needed. Desperately needs bluetooth HRM pairing. Excellent start, but needs finishing features.
Great app. Helpful when you're unsure about how to stagger your workout. My only complaint is that I've accidentally closed the app in the past and lost my data and progress. Other apps I have used will keep running in the background if you accidentally swiped it away.
Really good app - tiny niggle that it just needs more variety. I love spinning so this ia great when I can't make classes. However there are only six set programmes, you can make your own but it would be great if users to upload and share to keep everyone's training fresh!
What a brilliant app which keeps you motivated. It has some great pre-installed workouts with the ability to add your own. Really well designed, great layout with easy to read timer on screen. Love that it also logs your completed workouts.
It was a silent app. It lets you run your own music in the background but unless you have your phone in your hand and turned on, there are no prompts to switching between hiit phases and moderate phases. Distracting.
Looking for a simple, no-nonsense workout app to use with my exercise bike. I'm not a cyclist so wasn't interested in bike training apps, but this one fits the bill. HIIT workouts that are easy to follow and syncs with Google Fit. Great to use either at the gym or at home.
very usey for building custom interval training sessions with a voice prompt. i wish it had BLE and Ant+ to read and record heart rate activity for the intervals. Otherwise, it's an excellent tool.
Hey, what about adding BT Smart HRM sensor support and real time voice guidance for HRM zone also. It would be great if I can see my actual HR and if I should pedal harder or easier. And as a beneficial side effect, calorie calculation would be more accurate. That way it would be perfect!
I'm 55, never used a spin bike or app before. It's simple, easy to use, follow and understand. Not seen an advert so very happy getting fitter, even as a total novice. Highly recommend.
I'm physically disabled and in electric wheelchair and I use the handbike because I can't bend my knees because I was born without knee caps, I like this app but I was wondering if you can make an app for disabled people who can't use there legs but can use there arms by using the handbike but I go from 5 minutes fast then 5 minutes slow at first for 1 month then add another 5 minutes again the same thing! Please can you make one for disabled people, please 🙏! I really appreciate it!
Simple and functional design. Offers multiple workout for varying experience levels and a has a custom workout feature as well.
Wonderful and simple design. I have been looking for a good HIIT Cardio exercise that I can do regularly and this one has the simplicity and is easy to use. Thanks devs for making this.
Great App, simple to follow and lots of different programs.Depending on what sort of workout you want to do and time you want to spend on the bike.
Basic but super intuitive and with functions that you wouldn't expect from a free app.
doesnt work - started on the opening 30 second warm up, but once that has elapsed, nothing happens, doesnt progress to the second stage - 1 star bcs i couldn't leave zero stars - very disappointing, will now uninstall (now uninstalled)
I cannot recommend this app enough and I congratulate the writers on a great job. The stock programmes are very comprehensive and the ability to write your own and save them is invaluable. Thanks again.
This is a fine app, but there appears to be no way to remove the ads, and they're really loud and annoying. Edit, nevermind, ads can be removed
Okay, as a road cyclist I needed an app with different types of workout levels and this one has that. I've been using the Cardio workout because I can maintain a high rpm level that is most useful training for a criterium. I've only worked out on it 3 times, but so far so good. The only thing is all of my 40 minute workouts I burned the same calorie count, which is kinda odd because of my different intensity levels.
