One app shows me all these different inspiring videos, no matter what part of my body I want to target it has it. Yoga, cardio, weight lifting, upper, lower n med section. Really anything and this one app has to offer it for free! :) its nice I don't have to crowd my phone up with tons of different apps and made my phone all slow. I only need one, I've lost 10lbs in the last 2 weeks cause every other day I do yoga then work out, then do cool down stretches but eat healthy every day. Best app in all honesty

Im not exactly fat and I never have been, but ive always felt the need to tone up and this app as helped me immensely. I like the fact that its dedicated to women only, this way im assured that by the end I wont turn muscular and manly.

I like the exercises it says that its YouTube so everyone that says it sends you to YouTube should read the descriptions however I do not like when I click the app it says unfortunately said app cannot load every time so I click OK and reopen it and then it loads as it should overall it is a good app as when I am at the gym I don't have to do all the searching around, all the The exercises are right at my fingertips
