EXIDE CARE: BATTERIES & HELP

Worst part from Exide. When installing everything is good. But when it comes to service they didn't even pick up the phone... I would have rated it zero if I could... Worst customer services from Exide. I won't recommend it to any customers... 😠😠😠

Options to enter the vehicle type are not proper or adequate. Cannot enter the address, on entering the pin code, auto fill the wrong city. App needs lots and lots of improvement to match the standard of battery it is suppose to be used for. Uninstalling the app till then.

Your app is broken, i can't even register a battery because the captcha is always wrong! Your customer care is always busy, the option for call back doesn't work.. and i can't get through to anyone who'll give me any advise on the product. very Disappointed with the service.

Just came to know of this app . Tried several time for registration/ service in repect of a battery puchased on 14/12/2019 . unable to register . A message regarding improper serial number comes. Tried but I failed. Customer care number not working .At last sent email for service . Hope some one responds If an app does not work why to keep it or bugs should be rectified.

It has been 2 weeks since I gave my battery for replacement under warranty. I still have not received any call or sms as was said by Exide dealer. This amounts to deficiency of service. My vehicle is lying in the garage for 2 weeks because of not receiving the replacement battery. I will have to approach Consumer Court for this deficiency in service. Unacceptable.

Not able to register... Thunderbird does not has an option of self start and a message keeps on popping that update your app from play store... Tried installing several times but the error doesn't go... This is a waste app

The customer care experience is very bad, every time you reach the option to buy a new battery it gets connected to a team which then forward your call to "concerned" which never gets connected. I just wanted info on which product to buy, don't know why they have opened this customer care department

How can you expect all will have a facebook account?? This is not the only way you want us to make contact.. There should be some other way... And don't just copy padte the reply. Read amd respond properly. I want this to be sorted How much pain it is in registering the UPS or battery... every time it takes us to browser to see which battery or UPS we have purchased and more over we have to sign in again and again... this could have been intergrated in the app itself

Forget about using this app if you are in need of emergency service. The only way this app allows you to connect to customer care is by providing the customer care number. I have dialled this number for atleast 4 times and no one responded, ivr said to call back later, very (un)exicide care. Also the contacts for dealer and sub-dealers are just name, there is no more other than just the name. I have finally called a local dealer and got the contact details from Google Maps.

Very poor app, for every available option, user is redirected to website. what's the actual purpose of having this app if it just keeps redirecting. Resend OTP isn't working.

I downloaded and installed the app today from Google playstore. The version in the app showing as 1.2.9 when i try to register asking me to update with newer version. Newer version is not available in appstore. Where can i get it. May i know why never version was not updated in app store.

Crappy app. I want to register my battery so I WON'T HAVE TO KEEP SOME PAPER in case of warranty or purchase discount. I am not sure what this does and the captcha is disgusting. I just want a reminder for annual maintenance and if I open the app I should see my battery status. Please invest in better app developers. This is rubbish.

Reference No. SIL/Dec/2018/698...your people have taken my car battery for replacement and now it's been over 3 weeks and counting. Have called your local rep many times but he just says he will bring it when it comes. I have already spent more on taxi than I spent when I bought that battery. And to think of it I just bought another exide battery for my inverter this September. Never again... Wrote to you on this app on 16 Dec.. Got a reply saying you will get in touch/respond.. Still waiting...

Not able to raise service request. Toll free number always responds executives are busy. Did not expect this from Exide. My UPS and battery are just 3 days old and UPS has some fault. Since it's in warrantee needed exide to check it. :(

Not useful. When ever i add one product to the cart, it shows quantity of 2. When i tried to delete one, both were deleted from cart.. Unable to order online from this app.

Utterly useless app. Simply guides you to the helpline number . Impossible to connect to anyone on the same. Worst service by Exide.

Disgusting, tried registering several times through the website, does not give an OTP at all. Thought the App would work, but as it turned out, it's horrible. @Exide Team - How on earth do I register?

This has been a good app but is not working now. Keep getting message to update the app from play store. No update available and same message even after I reinstall the app.

1. OTP doesnt work. 2. Why am i required to add the entire address again if i have entered the same in the profile ? At least it should ask if i want to retain the same address and if yes, add the same in shipping adddress. 3. How do i change the address if OTP doesnt work ?

i called for the emergency help as my battery was under warranty and after 2 days of completion i am only getting the calls and hearing the music only. worst after sales experience.

If i click anywhere in navigation drawer menu then everytime opening a web link, if you lov your website then why you developed application, It's use less app, don't use it.

I have an exide battery well within my warranty period . Have been facing issue with battery and trying to contact batmobile service for last 2 days but the executives are always busy. Regret buying the battery from exide . My car us stuck

Useless app. Doesn't have any options for registration of a complaint. Even toll free customer care call gets disconnected and never gets a call back.

Batery registration and my battery details should be available within the app instead of directing to browser. The app is incomplete without this.

Worst service ever. Lodged a compliant for my battery, had to follow up several times, still didn't get any service. Very bad customer support. Will not purchase any exide batteries henceforth.

Exide battery care is one of the worst customer care service i have ever experienced i made a complaint on 28/01 but its 02/02 till now there is not even a call from them to know what my real problem is. I strongly recommend other company batteries such as Amaron the best in case of customer service too.

I installed the Exide app. But while filling up details, it keep poping up message box for updating the app. Felt irritated and uninstalled this stupid app

Very much upset with the type of service exide is offering via their dealer. I have purchased one exide battery for my bike- fazer . And it last only for 3 months and discharged. When I contacted the same dealer from whom I got the battery he tested the battery and said it is not getting charged. Although the battery is on guarantee period he refused to give new bettery. He said he will contact exide service center to replace the battery. From last 3 days I am riding my bike without battery.
