Exodus Crypto Wallet

4/5 - For now. So far my transfers have been almost instant. My only problem with it is it won't allow me to sync to my computer without having a camera. It does not give the option to scan a qr from my phone. Other than that, so far it has been a solid wallet to start out with. 5/5 - their support team was SUPER quick to help get this figured out. I mean, within the hour of posting this it was taken care of. Solid wallet if you want something user friendly and beginner friendly as well!!

I used to be very fond of this app since the interface is userfriendly, it has a mobile version and it supports many coins. The past months however the mobile app has been so slow to the point of frustration, while all my other apps run smoothly. I may consider switching to another app if this issue isn't resolved Update: I can no longer open my wallet. Whenever I try to input my password the keys don't respond and i'm stuck there. Very inconvenient

UPDATE 3/16/22: It now keeps crashing. It freezes upon loading, won't allow me to click on my assets and then crashes. As you can see, previously I had zero problems with this app. Now, it's unusable.

The app is too laggy. When I installed and tapped on get started, it almost took like an hour to show me my Just-created Portfolio. The app is way slow and suddenly closes many times while I'm trying to do something in the app. Kindly fix this issue ASAP. It's so frustrating. You are a nice company. You can fix it I know. Also make it compatible with my Redmi 5 device. I wanted to install it on that but it was not compatible with that. Kindly fix it all ASAP. I'll rate it 5 after that.

I've been using this app for over a year now. I love it. Unfortunately, the app has become unresponsive. It opens, prompts me to enter my pass code, but doesn't respond to me typing the code. I even downloaded the most recent update assuming that would correct the issue, but it continues the same way. If not for this recent issue I'd rate it 5 stars. Honestly, I wouldn't even be leaving a review, but I couldn't find another way to inform the developers of the problem.

App used to be great, clean UI and easy to navigate. However, it has recently become unstable and keeps crashing to the extent that I can't even access my portfolio. I have installed the latest update but the issue is still the same, not sure what the developers did but it ruined what used to be a great app

The apps isn't working. It freezes after the identity check. I can't access my crypto, this is scary! Edit: the problem has been fixed. I raise to 4 stars for the reactivity, but I strongly suggest you improve the testing before launching a new version. This incident shouldn't have happen at all.

This a great app to use and so easy. I would like to see a combined portfolio total. I have some coins that are not supported by my offline cold wallet and in another portfolio all the other coins that are supported. Would also be nice to see at a glance, profit or loss for each coin that is in the portfolio. Otherwise great work. Still waiting for total for all portfolios and please add RUNE (Thorchain) which is traded on FTX.

I had it on my laptop since 2015. My sister recently wanted coins. I created portfolios for her and myself. I just now installed the Android app and synced it to my laptop. Awesome. Nice app. Beautiful, too. On Sunday I will put it on my sister's iPhone and link it to my wallet. We do not have a ton of money in crypto, and Exodus is perfect for us.

This app worked just fine for me until this last update. Now it opens shows my wallet for like a few seconds then a message appears about the new assets added then just freezes there. Gives me the option to learn more or just hit the X but it does nothing when I try and click it. Just freezes up. Please fix it.

It won't take my debit card and they don't ha e anybody to call. I was excited to start investing in crypto until I had trouble funding it. It would take a paypal debit card. It's a Mastercard debit! How stupid. It uses a service called Ramp. To process cards to fund accounts. Guess what? No way to call anybody to get support there either!

Excellent ! It has all the needed option and so many coins. Very easy to use, exchange and understand. Keep up the good job 👍 As of May 20th 2022, the app as now many options for Solana ! Wahoo. I would love to add another star 🌠 but five is the limit. Improvements : add other languages, light theme, possibility to remove btc from portfolio, added Solana token is missing logo + value. I can't wait for 2023 to see what the dev will add 😮

This is likely the best crypto wallet for Android. Simple, clean, efficient. Everything is where it needs to be. I've not had a single issue. (Eta: the graph is wonky with the price/movement - completely useless) Two points though... Is there a way to turn off the reminder to backup? And can the send/receive arrows be made clearer as to which is which? I go back and forth between the two before I realize which one I need to use. UPDATE: IT'S SO SLOW TO LOAD/RESPOND... NEARLY UNUSABLE. Please fix

Just downloaded your app and the top of the home screen keeps showing loading. I don't even know to be get my withdrawal address or sign up to get it. Edit: Getting my wallet address: USDT TRC20 TRX. I can't seem to get my wallet address even after selecting receive in USDT TRX. I had already enabled it in the portfolio and yet still I was asked to activate it by exchanging some TRX or depositing TRX when I clicked on receive: to get my wallet address. Btw the link you shared is not clickable..

Excellent app, I highly recommend it. The customer service is great, they helped me out during the whole Terra/UST debacle when some of my crypto swap/exchanges froze as a result and I eventually got those assets back. Great job guys!

Best Wallet for Storing Crypto. Asthetically pleasing interface with a clean look. Easy and quicky navigate to different parts of the app. Quick transactions with push notifications for completed transactions. Very decent in app staking options that are really easy to set up and collect from

This is the wallet I recommend to anyone getting into crypto. The UI is beautiful, simple to use, self custodian and useful features being added often. One recommendation is to be able to add a 2FA, this will level up the security of the wallet for sign ins.

Well, i just had some support from these guys and it was not only fast but sorted my issues out too. 5 stars for reliability, no ads, and excellent tech support (at least in this 1 occasion). I'm off to a great start with this app so far.

I don't know which update caused my issue, but I can't even enter my passcode on Android. I did the most recent update in hopes of fixing the issue. No luck. Prior to this problem, I was quite satisfied. The browser version is still working normally.

Exactly the same problem as the previous review. Exodus was my favorite wallet, very nice, good looking and smooth but now I can't even open the app. After my finger print, it ask for my passcode but the app just don't respond. I can't open it so in consequence do nothing with my crypto. So inconvenient!

Something has been going on. I open it and it won't load or sometimes it will load my portfolio value but then it'll lock up where I can't click anything. Usually have to reload it 4 or 5 times just to see my value. Thats scary not being able to see your funds. Considering moving my funds if its not fixed soon. Will move to 5 stars once its fixed cause I love this app

Just wanted to login to the wallet and I can't - despite using the newest version that according to developer's responses to other commenters should've solved the issue. EDIT: For anyone affected - I installed the app on another phone to see if I could access my wallet from there. After restoring the wallet on this other device using secret words I was able to access the wallet. I bet clearing the data in the old app and restoring it would be fine but I'll hold on that to see if next updates resolve the issue the need to restore.

The app is super slow and closes itself after loading for a few minutes. I haven't been able to see details of any of my currencies, not collect any staking rewards, because it doesn't load anymore. Please fix this issue.

It's a pretty good wallet multi wallet. It's one of the few multi-wallets that has functional XMR support. It supports a lot of ERC20 tokens (all with custom) and many other chain tokens. One issue is that it's functionality breaks a bit when routing over TOR and it's requirement to use HTTPS for custom nodes prevents connecting to a locally running node.

I have contacted customer service that the app it glitchy and crashes.i can't access my assets. Now I am trying to update and it won't load the update from Google play store. It's just a "pending" spinning circle. This is incredibly frustrating to know my assets are there and I can't gain access anymore and now I can't even try updating.
