Everytime I use the app," it says connection error" when I have great connection and can use any other partner app just fine. Please don't ask me to be more specific, when that is literally the only problem I am having is not being able to connect. There is absolutely no way I can be more specific with you. Just fix your app!
I can't access my account! No email to contact them. Had a booking and no payment. Can't reset password.... shut company and not user friendly site!
the App is too slow to load. the app is not user friendly. Changing price on the calendar is not possible. As a host, I need to be able to adjust the prices on the App directly
I had been listing my place on various platforms such as Booking, Airbnb, even Expedia partners HomeAway, and never had any problems with any of the apps, all very easy to use, and crews were helpful, patient and kind. Very disappointed with Expedia from its functions to it's crews. Such a shocking experience and I wouldn't encourage and recommend anyone to promote their accommodation on Expedia. The associate who set me up didn't explain to me how each function works. COULDN'T FINISH COMMENTS
PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD IF YOU WANT TO BE EFFICIENT!!! This by far is the worst app I've encountered for any of our booking sites. Not only is the initial process to verifying your device dodgy...but once you are logged in...you are logged out by the app and unable to log back in . Don't even bother calling the customer service/tech support they were just as lost as I was. In my last effort to give this app a chance I uninstalled and reinstalled it...you guessed it same issue. Total waste!!!!
Expedia should stick to big hotel chains as they're obviously too incompetent and slow or simply not interested in providing real value to small vacation rental and homestay businesses. The list is long and not confined to this dinosaur app... from difficulty in getting effective booking notifications, to contacting guests, to giving a fair and speedy resolution to issues (that are Expedia's fault!) ...what a waste of time and energy.
Every time this app updates I can no longer login. Took long enough to get it sorted the first time it happened. Definitely lost patience with app. Since writing this and having received a message from support a week later. I sent an email to the address given and it was returned. So I'm afraid my review must stay as it is.
By far the worst app for hosts compared to similar competitors' app. Every day I have to insert my password , additional PIN and sometimes it asks additional verification through email. Tried to contact support for saving my credentials and I received print screens with guidance not similar to app layout, with no result. The verification procedure is so time consuming that I ended up trying to enter the site version from my computer, whenever possible and not the go. A company like Expedia really should do better for it's hosts.
Not as good as Agoda and Booking apps. How they work out your quality score is beyond me. If your hotel is popular and fully booked they rate you down. irritates me that everytime I log on they say oh o you're dropping in our ratings. it is their way of generating Revenue. scaremongering so you will pay them to go higher in their list. Changing the availability is long-winded and archaic. A horrible horrible app
This app is like a windows version 1. You have to individually amend each date. You can't do a bulk date change /availability or block out date. You can't add a note to a date. Everything on the app is allover the place. It's a mission to navigate the app. Worse booking app by far
Needs to be more user friendly. It is clunky a bit slow. Could use a reporting system that is robust. There are hardly any reports that include information a business would like. Customer service is difficult to reach anyone that can actually help or make a difference. Always email from "do not reply" addresses.
What a terrible app... It is not user-friendly, it is slow, it bugs constantly and always differently... This week it just gives me a blank white screen when starting it and that's it. I am not even sure it deserves a 1 star. Are you gonna fix this??
Awful. The app launches to a blank screen (even after removing and reinstalling, updating, etc ) and we can't do anything to get it running. We tried going through Expedia's support and have gotten no help.
Cannot close the room on a selected date, it always stuck on one date which we didn't choose and doesn't go anywhere forever. This app need an improvement, it cause a lot of trouble to us. Very bad OTA app booking is more convenient.
Very useful app. Everything is compact and perfecty combined. But still developments can be done. I, as a hotel manager, personally like Expedia extranet among all. We will be pleased to host our guests from all around the world. Sincerely, Teras Hotel Istanbul.)))
It always says "we have a problem on our end " . I need to edit my rates as a hotel owner , but I cant . I even tried to contact Expedia by phone like I used to , but they canceled the phone option. It is not a good service at all .
was forced to download the app for work to be able to log in to the website, never worked.
Not intuitive and user friendly. Partner central web and mobile app are very confusing. It doesn't update data quickly. Also lack facility to change pricing on cleaning fee and taxes.
I can't get a straight answer on how to collect payment from previous bookings. it talks about a virtual credit card that it requires jumping through hoops to even be able to use. I'll like to be able to get paid without having to work more at it. no I don't want to pay an extra fee to be able to obtain payment.
Adequate. Slow, cumbersome, not very intuitive. Fortunately we get few bookings through Expedia so we don't have to use it much.
This app making confused with guest contact number. maximum guest contact number not correct, also message not read many guests. and the options is not easy like another app. its have modify and making easy for host
Very poor layout. Would be nice to see an overall calendar of the month to visually see who's booking in and when.
i would like hotels to receive pop up promotion advice and in one click to join campaigns, that can make our partners more user friendly like other OTA extranet. pop up promo joining feature or campaign joining feature. and also pop up message to copy rates and avail for partners with one click. that is very simple when they click the message yes, it will automatically copy rates and avail for next year if they have LDI lowerbthan 300. simple and reduce work load. pls kindly consider having pls.

I have updated the app. but it didn't solve the problem. the problem is I can't see my bookings ... it only gives me the dashboard option... no availability etc. I have to visit the full site for it. So what's the point of the app? And there's no option to see a list of my reservations?
It's a problem that the app does not allow you to update minimum stays only availability for specific dates. a mobile app should be fully functional what's the point if you have to go back to the computer to finish updating your availability?
Awful - app doesn't work and not Apple friendly. For someone who has just signed up with Expedia and is trying to get out business live, this is not good enough - I shouldn't have to struggle for 2 days, and not even be able to do the phone verfication either because there's an error with my phone nunmer's format... regardless of how many different formats I try. I'm thinking it's not worth all this hassle to get my 2 hotels listed - I'd rather stick with their blue competitor!
