Looking for an app or software that will allow me to scan a receipt, and have it automatically pull the information and categorize it for me. This does not appear to be that. First thing you have to do when you add a transaction is enter the amount, category, etc. I can keep using spreadsheets to enter everything manually.
I bought the life long version, initially very good, but after cloud storage migrated to Firebase, it is terrible, can't even locate my data, like now I oredy lost Jan -Mar 2021 data, and don't know where to find it, the firebase is so complicated !!! Each time I change a handset, I lost all previous data, however good the features are, if data lost, all time and effort are wasted, worst still even tax reporting is a problem. Also info recorded in Chinese, once exported , all chinese character lost.
Paying a monthly fee for the app. I like the features and have been using it for over 3yrs. But it crashed erasing ALL my data, tried back up but nothing. Reached out to dev several times have gotten no response.
It's nearly perfect app that I'm looking for. Unfortunately, project could not be selected at split transaction level and I could not add schedule split transaction. Hope it can be done in next version.
I've been using this app for years now then it had some kind of hiccup and my account now shows a negative balance of 19k, that's definitely not correct. I tried to restore it but it hasn't been syncing for months. So disappointing, I can't believe I'm actually paying for this.
This app was working fine until storage permission update. Now, I reconciled abtenasacruon in one account. It did something that cause 2 of my accounts to show like - $8000 and now I can't restore because of the permission requirement. I gave it every permission it's asked for and it won't let me backup or restore. Review was 5 stars now if I could give lass that 1 I would.
Paid a life time subscription and got a new phone and now the app does not recognise my purchase and the account has gone . Ive emailed and was told to uninstall and install and to make sure its the right account I installed on etc. Of course its the account I've had for years. So no I do not recommend the app at all.
Overall interface is good but the cloud syncing is BAD, if you have a new device it doesn't recognize so the developer should really work on this !!
Regular transfers I set up a regular monthly transfer from one of my accounts to another but they don't seem to work??? Any thoughts on why they don't work? Thanks Stewart
Since the last update, the backup isn't working, it prompts to allow storage access, but in the next window, storage isn't available to mark as allowed
I purchased life time validity plain, when I change my phone, my validity is over. even though i'm using the same google account. And there's no way to get it again.
I love using this app, however, the developers have to do better with cloud syncing. Whenever I get a new phone all of my info resets and that's a pain. Also, when I try to change my subscription I automatically redirected to my phone's home screen. There are a lot of kinks that needs to be ironed out, but I will continue to use this app because it is extremely beneficial to my finances.
I love the application. I can manage my finances properly. I hope soon in your update to make the upcoming bill to multi currency. it will be a great for us user who are using different currency.
Using it for two years then out of nowhere the camera option went away. No I can't take pictures of my receipts!
I used this app for a year with no issues, and suddenly the app wouldn't even open. All of my accounts were being reached with this app, and now I have to start over with everything. Edit: The issue was fixed, and the cloud sync function showed me to pick up where i had left off. I'm pleased with the speed with which they fixed the issue, but still somewhat unhappy, as I'm now a week and a half behind on transactions.
I have been trying this app for more then 1 year. I must say that I am really satisfied. The best part, it is free. They have their own ads but is understandable. For a student is a great companion. UI is friendly and to some extend beautiful. For what you get at no money is awesome. It loses 1 star because of this glitch. When you go to Bill reminders, sometimes that page stays at top. Wherever you go that remains on top. You need to close and re open. Beside that, great job!
I have been using this app to record all my freelance income since 2015, loving the Reports, Sync and all its Database Tools functions. The repeated transaction options are also very useful, letting you set the date range or times to repeat, which are rare to find on other similar and much more expensive apps. The interface is very intuitive, colorful, easy to navigate and understand. I only wish they'd also make a version for iOS. I have to keep two phones, Android and iPhone, because I cannot find anything close to this app on iOS.
Bought the lifetime membership and been using it for about 4 years. Their backend service is great as I encountered some hiccups when I switch my phone cos I backup the data with the older version. They are very helpful to send me the file of the previous version in order for me to retrieve my backup data and update the data to the latest version without me losing any of my past data. Keep up the great work! Thanks.
I spent 5 hours on a Saturday trying to find an app that would replace my desktop Quickbooks. I didn't need the business trappings, since we have a business bookkeeper now, only the check register part. Bill reminders and budgeting were pluses, but not necessary for me. I wanted all my information on the front dashboard that was simply laid out, highly customizable categories, and not visually complicated. Quickbooks worked great for me, since I already had it, but I really wanted something mobile. I tried Mint, Mvelopes, and EveryDollar... They had too many extras that I didn't need; the dashboards on two were not simply laid-out enough, the ads on Mint were scroll-bait that annoyed me, and eventhough EveryDollar's bank transactions were synced, they took a day to show up. I would rather forgo and enter them manually as I spend. In conclusion, I really love this app and I'll be paying for the lifetime membership to forgo the (one) ad, unlock backup capabilities, and unlock access to multiple budgets. The only upgrades I would suggest is: it would be nice to "clear" transactions at the touch of button. But you can always enter them as pending. It is everything I needed!
I've paid for this app and it's great. I wish there could be a setting where you can create another totally different account. For example, I have 2 peso accounts, I made a third one (which I intend to be separate). But even though I selected "Yes" to "Exclude from Total balance", it still appears on Cash Flow. In simple terms, I wanted to be able to create a totally different account that will not have an effect to any settings (total balance, cash flows, etc) of my current accounts.
After starting to get round this fantasticly thought out App- which does almost everything but pay the bill for you. It is in informative & relatively easy to use though I have had a few minor complications/ queries which were soon responded to with a answer & explanation. The software is well thought out & displays in different sections that you can easily switch between. A great App- and great support. (A highly recommended app) & Worth every penny.
