Expense Manager

Great app been using it for several years but currently its not refreshing balance in the app, showing recurring for my one account. Been doing this for quite some time. Edit: 4 star Did a clean install with backing up the db and restoring and seemed to fix the issue for the time being. Love the app and the amount of detail you can get in it.

Good app. Its more than 8 years , I am with this app. Subject to correction, this app doesn't seem to have direct printing option for reports. Every time I need to export this ,as excel format in mail, all csv files and take prints from mail. Otherwise, very user friendly app. Easy to understand and use.

Im using this app since 2016, best app for manage all the expenses and savings record. From last update the linked google drive account for auto uploading the db is missing. Only manual db uploading happens.. previously the linked account button shows in the settings but now not available..

I forgot how many years I have been using this apps... More than 6 years? Love it! Can't find other similar app better than Expense Manager. Thank you, the developer. Font became blur, from the latest update in April 2022. Still prefer the old font style.

Very good app. Cover all areas. The only missing part is: We should be able to see total payment split with a specific payee. (How much split has happened)

Easy to add entries. Shows graphical representation of where you're spending. Online backups. Handy little tools such as converters. Does everything I want.

Something wrong happened since last update, backup to Google Drive doesn't goes automatically to the folder "expensemanager" when I choose "Upload Database", it opens Google Drive and then waits you to choose the sub folder "db" manually everytime you need to do backup process.

App is perfect compared with others. Small suggestions from my side. Give one more tab like liquidity or funds which is Income-expenses+borrowed amount-lent amount. It will give the exact liquidity position. Multiple debit and Credit transactions required for single counter party at one place. Present only single debit allowed under Lend to and only single credit allowed under borrow from.

Backup option is not easy now ... Now we have to do multiple clicks to update our backup in google drive. Earlier it was very simple with single button.

Since last update the backup data is not working, please fix as soon as possible. This app has been great and have used it for many years, do not want to have to stop.

Changed my handset and now cannot download database from Dropbox. It never happened before and got connected to cloud easily.

Nice. But Budget and Savings option is not easy to use. Also push notification is getting only after i opened app.

This is the Great app and helped me manage my Balance, cash and very easy to make budget and see the Data of past. I'm using this for more than 4 years.

Can you add an option to create some preset reports for credit cards? For ex. Every month I would like to see the transactions done between 15th of last month till 14th of this month. Basically, this will be a credit card statement feature auto-generated every month.

My app is synced with dropbox but today i opened the app and it only shows 2022 expenses! I lost my years of info!!

I mostly love this app and have been using it for years. However, the most recent update made a change that I REALLY do not like. When I view all transactions for the selected credit card, and I choose to sort by date, it now shows those transactions in descending order by date rather than ascending. And I can find no way to change that. When I reconcile my credit card statement this change makes the task difficult to do since I now have to scroll to the bottom of the list for each transaction to clear. I wish there was a way I could reverse the sort order. Please make this change in the next update.

Highly stable and reliable app. Has lots of features, can be customized for personal and organizational use. Very user friendly as well. I like the reporting very much, allows me search the data in a variety of ways. The charts look beautiful. Has all the features of the pro version but displays ads at the bottom, the only difference is the pro version is ad free. Have been using it since 2013. Data can be backed up automatically to Google drive, no manual intervention required.

Been using it for years. Love it's reliability. I would give it 5 stars if I was able to edit balances etc. Also, it doesn't seem to let you edit many things, the option is there but when pressed nothing happens, often just white blanks.

Tried a dozen application and this is still by far the best apps till date. Been using it for the past 7 years

I definitely recommend this app for anyone wishing to gain insights from/control over their finances. I have been using it for close to 8 years and my love for it only grew throughout these years. The way it is designed and organized gives the end-user a lot of flexibility. There is never a dearth of reporting options in it. In fact, to be honest, I haven't even explored all the reports present in it, in all these years. Credit Card perspective under "More Features" is my new favorite view inside this app. A simple fact that we desire and ask for advanced features from it conveys a lot about how well it caters to our basic needs and also has the potential to fulfill advanced needs as well. I personally took time to send feature requests recently to the developers and am looking forward to a fruitful conversation in that regard.

The strength of this app is the budgeting. Which is what I'm looking for. I like the option to have daily, weekly and monthly budgets. My suggestion is to further improve the UI. Try adding swipe options on the home screen to view the calendar and other tabs. Also, state the months in words, there are too many numbers. Try adding a list of expenses and transactions in the home screen. Overall suggestion is simplify the UI and make navigation easier.

Brilliant app. Exactly what I need. The best part about this app is it's flexibility to customize and no ads. The support system is quite efficient and fast. I have been using it for a year now and it has never disappointed. One suggestion to the developers: Automatically assign the category of transaction based on the payee and my previous imputs. Certain transactions happen many times to same payee again and again with same category. Thanks

Outstanding app!! I have tried about 20+ expense/budgeting apps and this one is by far the best!!! You do not have to sign up for an account. The app is NOT on the cloud. You can backup your data on dropbox. Your data can be exported and imported. You can view data by week, month, or year. They also have a great calculator app(ezcalculator).

Problem solved and I still love the app! I deleted some old backup files and my issues are gone, no more crashing when making new entries. / The app always crashes when I enter an expense. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app 3 times and still the problem is there. Is there a solution for this problem I as well have been using the app for more than 3 years and my data based is not even that big it's just a few months old so I don't know what's happening.

A very useful app. I have been using it since 2014 and never had an issue. The simple interface and clean UI is a standout feature for the app. When I needed some help the developer responded to my queries even through mine was a free version. I look out for new features and this app never disappoints with every upgrade there is something useful and new. Thanks and keep it going.
