The app has a limit on number of records you can create. Just delete from existing ones if you need to add more. Or get the paid version to remove this limitation.

Great app for a small business. Accompanies small business pro perfectly. Would be 5 stars if only it had an auto backup option like mobile biz pro.

Can not link expenses with mobilebiz. I have made business name the same and many other trials but it doesn't work.
New phone, same android 9 but data could not be downloaded from Dropbox. Application is one of the best in Google play but seems nobody from devs are interested about.

Usee friendly
Great app, terrible customer support. Bought this app for my android but changed to iOS. Emailed developer 3 times to ask if there's an iOS version and still no response. I'm tired of carrying 2 phones with me just to log my miles.
New updates no longer work with Dropbox. It claims that it backed up to Dropbox but when you check Dropbox there's nothing.
Ok you fixed it now your the best app ever again... You scared me i thought I lost it forever
Used 2 weeks, so far so good. One more thing that if the PICTURE OF RECEIPT can save more then one photo, I will give 5 star.
Great app. Nice and simple to use and will make life alot easier when tax return time comes. It would benefit from the ability to add payment type as a column on excel output though.
Please, really need your support to add more features like SAVING, DEBTS, GRAPH and others. Because i do for my bussiness with Mobille Biz Pro, so i really really need for that features to managa my company.
very good app, but i have one issue in the profit and loss report that i cannot adjust the From and To year :( it gives me report of current year only. please fix.
Not worth the money, after I save my expenses they do not show on the main screen, where do the expenses go using samsung avanta phone 4.4.2 , uninstall the app and reinstall to see if that helps UPDATE: the reinstall seems to be working at the moment I will use it a while longer before I purchase the app, hope it works OK cannot edit or delete category list is too long I need to be able to edit the list, you can not report by tags this is a very necessary feature for contractors and property owners

Works well but could do with some more features. Developer support could be better and more user editable features would be great so to customise the app to work exactly as required.
Nice that it showes up in mobilebiz but big draw back does not synce expense reporting accros platform like mobilebiz does I have 3 devices it is on also would be nice to associate expenses to invoices with out it showing on the invoice. IE my sub contract labor costs. For a invoice. Report it kind of messed up also
I emailed 3 times asking for support and nobody replied. I could not get it to work right. I always ask for support if there is a problem, before leaving any reviews. I was expecting at least a reply from the developer, but not even that! If you think spending money, make sure it works for you before you buy it. I will gladly change my review when it is fixed and someone gets back to me addressing the issues.
Very useful to my business. I would like the option to attach pdf invoices to the expense as well as photos. That would streamline the process for me. It would save me from printing the invoice so I can photograph it again
Integrates well into mobilebiz pro. Would be nice if you could edit/add catagories and payment methods but it makes an invaluable addition regardless.
