Pain to use always downloading

It's so easy to use.

This is a useless app. No links to anything. Just pictures that you can't click on or scroll around . But that's what everybody else is saying and Chevy has yet to fix it. So IDK. Maybe Chevy could just send me the email once they fix the app. It's amazing that they always blame the unions for their failures and yet management can't even manage to coordinate a marketing email with proper release of a functional application. Acquired February 2016. Already had this car into dealership three times at only 3500 mi. Chevy tightened the suspension to increase milage, but the really bumpy ride is not worth only 33 or 35 mpg hwy and 30 mpg city. My 2007 Ford explorer with 114,000 mi got 28mpg hwy and 23 city plus a smooth ride. Style beautiful, maneuverability is good, and space is ample.

I sure hope my new truck doesn't develop all the bugs this app has. Can't select or scroll anything in the Silverado section with my Verizon Samsung S6. Uninstalling it.

The app only has links to download PDF files which can be done without this lame app.

I would love to have this app, but I can't get it to work. I can't click on the manual and it won't scroll. I can click on the different car types so I know the app isnt frozen. Please fix and let us know. I love my car and would like to know more about it.

I wonder if they even tested this at all before they released to the market. No click or touch events worked to open any of the guides.

App does nothing. Does not react to any taps, swipes or long taps. Deleting.

App won't work at all. Long press and my phone vibrates like I am selecting something, but that is all it does. I can switch between vehicles but not pull up any information besides the EULA

Have to agree with most reviews. App does not download manual on my android. Why create an app and not verify that it works before releasing it?

Less than useless. Didn't do anything. It just wastes your time. Just download the manual. I wonder if that is what this POS was supposed to do. Save your time.

Could only access the icon. I could not download the actual owners manual. Chevy Colorado '16

It doesn't do anything. Can't select my vehicle or get any information about anything.

Would be nice if it had the vehicle I purchased, especially since the app was advertised to me via email.

I don't have any problem with this app. It isn't a full manual but seems very helpful and practical. No problem installing it or selecting the appropriate info for my Silverado.

They sent me an email with a link to install this app for my volt, but the app only has a download for the pickup.
