What can I say about you .. the best of the best in life .. I wish I can have a game to build cars from scratch and test it on the road like real .. im a car designer and I can make visions but can't built it based on I don't have licences and no company to trust me if that happens I have ideas and I have ideas about the game . Like made up things ready to work like modify in racing games and also graph editor to redesign or make something from scratch . I hope it can be made .. thank you som

You aren't able to do anything. You load up the app it says "error" and then there's a restart button. The restart button does nothing. And it won't let me connect to my actual playstation. This app is literally nothing, it's just blank space. You can't do anything cuz it says "error" and you can't connect to your playstation profile cuz it just won't let you. Sony, the ps4 has been a console for 7 years already and you can't even make a normal app for it? All I wanted to do was change my pfp.

Installed it and then uninstalled it within 3 mins. You should do the same. That's pretty much what all the "experience" is. I thought I could message my friends online at the very least or make purchases, etc. If you need an app to stay on your phone and take up space while adding zero value. This is perfect for you.

This app is actually bad... it goes from a screen where it keeps telling to to refresh providing you with no log in feature which when I searched for in the drop down menu to the left was also a broken link. I have troed multiple times with this app. Its just bad, don't download it.

To put it simply: you can't do anything. And that isn't an exaggeration. I literally mean there isn't any content in the app to interact with. No access to messages, profiles, the store, nothing. You log in and it just tells you there's no current events going on. Thats it. Meanwhile, PlayStation stops supporting their actual apps that were fun and functional. Interestingly, this all coincided with the release of PS5, when PlayStation also decided to ruin their store for PC users.

App works okay. Had issues signing in where I had to sign in multiple times and it would flash back to the front of the app. App isn't empty, but all of the events are outdated since 2019. Needs an update, needs something new. Bring something like playstation home to mobile.

Log in was bugged, the screen froze. For some reason the app is in French, which i don't speak. I have not found the settings to change languages. And view voucher buttons seem not to work.

I tried to change my profile and it led me to playstation App, which led me to this... I was like OK so I installed this, but when everything was installed and fine. I went to the three bars and went to "My Profile" I typed in my real first and last names. And i couldn't change my profile picture. I understand that ps5 is very near but please, PLEASE fix this.

Literal Garbage. There is nothing in this app, just a blank screen with no events available. No message feature.not even a trophy feature. Utter garbage and totally useless.

As others stated, previous events on the app will disappear without notice (no matter how recent the event). Other than that, had no issue during the event with booking reservations and connecting with PS account.

Sony. This app, and many other applications you've made, have incredible potential to expand your reach in marketing. If you were to update these applications or at least get rid of them and replace them with something to revamp PlayStation hype, you'd be sure to overtake your opponents with ease.

Can't use PlayStation in Kazakhstan. We don't have a separate region, so when PLAYSTATION disabled the Russian region, all Kazakhstan users list access to the Store, PS Plus and etc. which we are paying for. Give us our own region and at least restore access for now to the Russian servers. This is theft.

I am very confused. I just saw this app being talked about on IGN, about all the fantastic capabilities... Chat, Voice chat, Profiles, Store... But all I see upon signing in is some info about an event in France... ONE YEAR ago. Please, help. P.S. I will clear the bad rating if and when normal access to the above-mentioned functions is enabled.

I just wanted to download a psn app for me to message my friends but this app is just about events, I don't even know what is the point about playing these events and some of these events are so old.

You buy a 400€ console, buy games that range 30-100€, and sony still needs money to play online. Clearly a rip off...switching to pc real soon.

Used it for an even, with a chance to win something. Followed all the quests that needed to be done and voila: my voucher code is "congratulations!" - like there should be something unreadable like ASFDACZ etc.. but nothing there... no info about event here, no comments, just nothing. I had a very bad experience with this...

This is unethical. I deleted most of my good apps for this so called" experience " and all it says is loading error. What kind of app is this? I just opened it and two minutes later it disappointed me. Real mature.

Last year the app worked but then I can't log in or see events, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't work then I tried to email the developer but I can't email the email address provided so I can't get help.

I would say this is a good app if you would just make it like it was where you could stay in touch with your playstation and its 2020 and still no added features yet. Plz add accessibility features

Every time I create new account , I can't log in and they banned it!!! for no reason,, there is no way to contact with any one,,don't buy playstation 5 I bought it months ago and so far my son can't play with it،، Making a new account is very complicated and the account is banned every time,, creat account is complicated and disgusting

This is horrible; This app is totaly useless. I thought it would be like Xbox Companion or something similar to that. When I opened the app, All what I saw is gray. If you wanna install an app that lets you chat with friends and make purchases, Then Xbox Companion is for you.

My experience with PlayStation experience was utter garbage. Waiting until the exact second for a timeslot to play a scheduled event become available, only to get a message "you must wait until time slots open at 13:00 etc" as you watch every single slot fill up.

Wow they really had to take that other app away, FOR THIS?!?!, I can't see my messages can't see my friends list, can't see if I got any notifications yet can't see when I played or when my friends played. Is this even Sony?!?, come on.

You can't do anything in this app because if you open the app it's shows error and if you press that retry button it doest work and if you login also you can't do anything in this app anyone please don't download this app if you have a real PS1 or PS2 PS3 ect. You can enjoy playing games

Not a great app. Locks out old events even though it just ended yesterday. An even older event can be selected but the one I need cannot. Not user friendly.

Awful app TRASH! I try to chat w/ friends and edit my profile but nothing works i know the ps5 is here and all but somany people still play ps4 so plz fix it and not make us waste money on the next generation of playstation when it just has more fps and the smallest bit better graphics

I can't chat I can't do anything in this app it only shows two cats and that's it why Sony? The ps messages was great and running good why replace it with this useless app? I can't even sign out

My experience is shocking. I cannot buy games from my card. I need to buy other contries gift cards to buy. Only because ps is not in my country. And i dont live in north korea, i live in EU. Ps. Ps suckssssssss

Refuses to work with accounts that use two-factor authentication. Support will not help you with redemption of any codes that require the use of this app and told me to contact the application developer with questions. Needs serious fixing because I shouldn't have to explain to support how their app screwed up and can't access their own APIs
