I don't understand how anyone had problems with this app. I found it not only 2 be easy, but it's a huge help in making it easier to make my weekly payment. Wish they had this 10 years ago!
App is not easy to use doesn't save user ID and password saving is not a thing it's overly complicated. Poor assistance from agents.
Should have googled this first but it was recommended by the NY State website to use for paying child support. If you want your child support payments to show up a month after they take it from your account go ahead and use this.
Until you guys fix this I'm giving it 3 stars....Everything is so vague with expertpay. I want to make a specific payment towards arrears and I'm in limbo. Can you send payments to specific areas such arrears? You need to put options in.
Thanks but child support don't even make any sense at all, also regardless of whether or not I have a job/home/etc. does NOT mean that I can't support my daughter/son/family in any way whatsoever. Thank you for the app. Needs maintenance
Payment history, payment methods, bank info and case files have all been deleted and it's not showing anything on my end but my personal info
Junk apps. Too slow and they charge 2.95% fees if you are paying child support by credits card. Thus is ripping off.
Went to install this app prior to automatic withdrawal and the app won't even load. It just sits at the loading screen
App freezes when trying to make payments. Works sometimes but not always. Sucks!

using it for 20 years to pay child support but i use the site not the app and today wont log me in on either platforms it just went down and no1 is helping
App sucks. Made payment by app on April 6 still hasn't posted. Sent payment by mail April 9 it posted today April 12. Think I'll stick with mail payments
Never let's me log in won't let me reset my password works fine on my laptop with the same username and password absolute garbage
Does not keep password .. that's a pain..an charges too much for the service.
Have been using it but when posting multiple accounts it takes my money but only sends money to 1 account nit both

App looks just like website page... What's the point of the App if you still have to login? Why not biometric finger print for login? The website will save and load my password.
