Awesome app! The best that I've found so far for my tutorial class.

The customer service: Excellent. I had bought this app years ago (EE Classic) and wanted to use it again. To my surprise, the app had improved quite a lot so I contacted CS if I could get my paid account back. They got my account back in no time, within the day. Amazing! The app: Excellent. I'm still getting used to all its features. It's certainly got a learning curve, but that's probably 'coz it's got more great features packed in! Worth it for when I explain/share Math problems solutions.

Updated comment, still 1 star! I want to like it. Tried it 1 year ago, but figured I'd try again given the shift to remote learning. Its fatal flaw is still the same - too difficult to use. Basic things like scaling images and inputting text - easy & the mostly same across many presentation programs - are done entirely differently in EE. It took hours to put together a few images and a bit of text for a 10 minute video. I'm pretty tech savvy. It should not be this difficult. I'll stick w/PPT.

Some apps are so good and big that are in another level compared to other apps. And "I believe" these apps must be 90% FREE. I loved everything from this app and I'd always even dreamed about such an app. However, having to pay for this app, is like having to pay for Google, YouTube or Google Sheets! I can't even add a second slide in the free plan! I beg to disagree with your commercial model. I believe 90% of the features must be free and only the other professional 10% must be paid for.

Great, but not consistent. Look, this app that I paid subscription for is amazing... When it works. There are a million bugs and when saving and opening projects it just takes way too long to load. Also, there is always 'something wrong on your end'. Running the app after 3hours might cause it to slow down and requires you to close the app and reopen. You may sometimes be kicked out of the project for no reason. But other than that, a lovely app when it is working at its best.

Very useful for teaching online! It's easy to work simultaneously on the same project so I use it as an interactive whiteboard. I can upload all videos, photos and audios into one project and share it with my Ss, who can use it after the lesson when needed. Sometimes it freezes though and there are some differences between the positions of laser tag between me and my Ss, which I found annoying because it causes miscommunication. The same applies to some drawings.

Used to be better. But a few updates back made the app worse. Videos and images becomes broken, memory optimizing notifications every minutes etc. IF I COULD GIVE IT A MINUS SCORE , I WOULD!!!

Basically it's a good concept, but both the finger button ( to pan and zoom) and the zoom tool itself are not working well! And only one slide is allowed for free... I think at least 2 to 3 slides could be allowed for free so the customer can see how transition works between slides and if he find this as an interesting reason or not to buy a plan.

used to be free, then 2 versions (free explain edu - not available on Android only iOS and stil free to use there. and this paid subscription rubish version), and now 2 paid versions! Greedy Gluttons! They refuse to put the free EDU version on Android the greedy slimers

It's so cool, you could transform videos for free. I'm so happy to start transforming videos and throwing them across the sreen!!

The app is beautiful. I found it captures everything I type in the cursor and type, and it takes up a lot of space in the phone. The other reason why I give it three stars is that the panel size is very small ... I recommend the program but pay attention to the stored space and always clean your phones ... Thank you I love the fees in the application ❤️

Please add laser strok feature as it is in good notes.

Best whiteboard app. But there is an issue.when I use the app in landscape mode, then open another app,and when I come back, it becomes portrait mode permanently. Even if I rotate the screen it remains portrait mode . The only workaround is to close and reopen the project. This is very irritating because I constantly has to open other apps.

This app is pure garbage. I'm sorry, but it is. Me and one other person were trying to draw on a blackboard together, but everytime we would try and join each other, it would say "project doesn't exist" or something like that. It would say that when it CLEARLY did exist. Didn't even get to draw together. Bad experience, never downloading again. I also recommend everyone else to not get it.

It is a lovely app, but terrible at the same time. It crashes so many times , issue after issue. This is no doubt thee best software for online videos, but the developers need to seriously fix the numerous issues most users are experiencing. Drives a person insane at times especially since you paying for a grest service.

Adequate enough Due to covid I bought this app and it has been working fairly well until today where the graphics and annotations don't export.My audio is there but it's not working with the video.When I play it on the explain everything app its working but when I export it is not there anymore. Have had to do the same presentation over and over, not doing it again,now it's frustrating. This is disappointing I was going give it 5 stars, but its been mucking me around today and I don't know why

wow! your application is amazing in terms of interface and usability. but two star is kept for an issue. while exporting a video it took too much time even though output is of small size. 850kb took 1.30 min. I want to be premium member of this application if got solution for this problem

I wrote them email about subscription and actually I didn't use the app - just not needed. Can't say is it good or bad. I don't see this subscription on my Google Play. They didn't reply at all, but charged me one year. Entering the app I also don't know how to cancel subscription for future and I was charged money and I don't need it now... I would like to get a refund. Thank you.

I am using paid subscription and am pleased with the experience. The toolbar is difficult to figure out, however. The help [tutotial] does not give enough instructions. Otherwise I hope to figure the features out. I am excited to continue using it for teaching online.

Awful android experience. Bye Samsung tablet. Please can you sort the most simple of things that for some reason is not on your android app. I use your iOS app all the time and I take my apple pencil and "pinch to zoom" no problems. On the android app tablet, you can't do this. It is so frustrating that you can't pinch to zoom into the canvas, instead all your work just moves around the page instead!!!!!

The app crashes a lot especially when you are editing a live board with someone else. The speed of the board is a problem as well, it takes a long time to open compared to similar ewhiteboards. I like the board but the loading speed needs to improve and the crashing issue as well.
