Explain My Benefits

FRUSTRATING! 4 weeks ago changed password, expired. Logged in, used site, NO problem. This past Tuesday, try to log in to update benefits for new benefit period and password NOT valid! Although I used it. Click on "Change Password" now email NOT valid! Although have last years confirmation with correct email on it! Good Luck trying to get a contact # for support, it's ALL done through email, well I can't get a reply because my email "isn't valid"!

This app does not work properly and nobody can get logged in, even after resetting yohr password you never recieve the email to do so! This is soooo frustrating, make your app work and work well!

I click to install and the que keeps running so you cannot install or open. I have tried this multiple times. Not a good first impression of this app!

Just let me log in! Had to reset up because it kept telling me my e-mail was invalid. Now I'm on about my 5th MFA and when I finally get a verification number it does nothing.

Useless. Brochures and videos available online, but the actual benefits and enrollment pages are blank. This whole company is a miserable goatrope, and I hope your employer doesn't decide to use them. Just one more layer in the US health insurance bureaucracy scam. 😒

I got logged out and I couldn't get back in after my information was correct.

Worthless app....ALWAYS have to call their pH nbr and then it says their hours are m-f 9am-6pm CST....today is Monday and it's 440 pm and recording says they are closed !!!!!!!!!!.
